We were referred to Bill by a friend for the daunting task of relocating from out of state to Utah Valley. From the first phone call with Bill, we felt immediately at ease and like he fully understood what we were looking for. No matter how many questions, phone calls, texts or emails we threw his way, he was extremely prompt, friendly and never made us feel like we were being too picky! Doing the process remotely can be intimidating, but Bill was so communicative, sending us videos, photos and texts keeping us in the loop constantly. Bill is incredibly patient, funny, and easy to talk to, which made the process feel so much more enjoyable. When we finally found our home, he acted swiftly, securing a tour within minutes an accepted offer within days. We are so happy with our experience and will recommend him to anyone and everyone looking to purchase a home in Utah. Thank you, Bill! You've gained two very thankful friends.
