Buying a home is one of the most important decisions people make. I have been blessed by my Realtor, Debbie Voss Flowers, who has become one of my best friends. Trust is earned, and she keeps surprising me everyday with her dedication.

Mary Ciminelli was amazing to work with! We had worked with Mary in the past and chose to do so again because our last experience was so positive. Mary is extremely knowledgeable about the Park City real estate market. Mary efficiently guided us through the selling of our home. Mary communicated with us on a regular basis, sometimes a few times in one day. Mary continually impressed us with her personal involvement every step of the selling process. We were very happy with the outcome of our sell and highly recommend having Mary represent you. You will be in good hands with Mary, she is highly dedicated and professional.

In a state filled with shady companies involved in shady business practices, Summit Sotheby's fits right in. While I can't speak to their sales division, based on my experience renting from them --- and the fact that the president of Summit Sotheby's is fully aware --- I would avoid them like the plague. I rented a condo through them back in 2023, and it was a nightmare experience from the start, starting with the exorbitant application fee. The employee I was dealing with would ghost me for days, to the point I had to track down the president to get an answer. She also knew virtually nothing about the property she was representing, including the layout and garage location (along with the correct city the condo was in), so was unable to/refused to show me around the place when I went to see it. Instead, she just stood there in the entryway. When I mentioned this to a VP there --- Jayme Angell --- who is a real piece of work, her response was that "maybe the agent was afraid to be alone with me". Once I finally signed the lease, the nightmare had only begun thanks to the poor building construction quality and endless noise from neighbors. I later found out that an actual Sotheby's agent had owned a condo in the same building and sold it because of that exact problem --- she had a hard time sleeping because of the bad construction and neighboring noise. Not only did Sotheby's not disclose this to me when I specifically asked them about upstairs noise levels, but they also flat out lied to a prospective tenant who was looking at the place as I was moving out when he asked another Sotheby's agent if the place was quiet. Avoid this company at all costs; they're only concerned with making a sale. The fact that they have employees of theirs posting glowing reviews on here is all you need to know.

In fall 2019 Nancy Tallman at Summit Sotheby’s International Realty represented the sale of 4118 Saddleback in Park City. The listing price was X. I formally offered 95.2% of X this included a loan approval letter for 105% of X. A day later I was told the owners changed their mind and were taking it off the market. I personally called Tallman to better understand the situation. During that conversation I expressed I’m a buyer with a single income from a local employer and my job includes a social mission. I also indicated I needed the housing; this would not be a rental. This was over the weekend, the following Monday 4118 shows up on the apps as sold. I again called Tallman and she said the seller had changed their mind a second time and were going with an offer that preceded mine. I told Tallman I would offer 100% of X. The real estate apps now indicate the offer they accepted was 98.2% of X. Lo and behold about 90 days later 4118 shows up on the for-rent apps, it’s priced super high with flexible a lease length or a rent-to-own option. The conclusion: 1) Tallman and her clients accepted an inferior offer, she could’ve gotten her clients more 2) Tallman and Sotheby’s obviously do not care about underlying human context or community constructs; if it was just a cold hard market decision that’s actually quite understandable, but that’s not the case as per 1; instead Tallman and Sotheby’s accepted an offer from a social barnacle, a rent seeker now using a Park City neighborhood as a staging ground to charge elevated rent to those that can’t afford a mortgage or—for godsakes—rent-to-own which is basically a usury scam.
