The home was spotlessly clean and exactly as pictured—if not better. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook family meals. The neighborhood is very quiet, making it the perfect relaxing getaway
We were so pleased with the condition and quality of the rental home we stayed in the minute we walked in the door. Unlike some other vacation homes we've rented, the condition of the home (Island Therapy) exceeded what the photographs depicted. I called the office a couple times, first to compliment them and then to ask a couple questions. They were always prompt, very friendly and knowledgeable. We couldn't have asked for more! We'll be back for sure.
We stayed in the fish house. It’s a beautiful house. Comfortable master bed and a huge comfortable couch. Nice quiet street. Overall we are very happy. Here are a few things I wish I’d known ahead of time. You get a pack per bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, bar soap and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The kitchen supply box has a sponge, two laundry pods, and just two dishwasher pods. One roll of paper towels. You only get the trash can liners that are already in the bin when you arrive so you’ll have to buy more or bring from home. No can opener, no salt and pepper. Don’t expect anything left from other visitors, which I get, but has not been the case in other rentals we’ve stayed in. We only cooked one night because the kitchen isn’t well equipped to do so. Also, there is no ice maker that works in this house despite there being an under counter ice machine and a freezer with an ice maker. There were beach towels provided and the pool was warm in June, with shade for half the day!
Anna Maria Grand Beach House Beyond Expectations! The Anna Maria Grand Beach House was amazing and exceeded any expectations we had. We spent a week here for our wedding and both sides of the house were decorated nicely with recent updates. The cleaning crew did an amazing job preparing the house for our arrival. Upon arrival we met Matt who was part of the management crew. He was nothing but amazing and gave us an awesome surprise. They were finishing up installing a turf area outside the pool with golf, ping pong, and cornhole. This update really made our stay even better as the adults and kids enjoyed it! Matt was extremely accommodating and helped adjust some vents to properly distribute the air to one of the bedrooms. It worked perfectly and everything stayed at a consistent temperature on all floors. We really appreciated the help and communication with Matt over the week we stayed. We were considering staying a few extra days and Matt helped give us some options that were open. We have nothing negative to say and this place was above and beyond amazing. We are hopeful of being able to return and enjoy this beautiful house in the near future.
One Day More Rental-This house was so spacious and the back yard could not be beat. The pool, hot tub, multiple seating and lounging areas were fantastic. This was our first time renting through Anna Maria Life Vacation rentals and they were great. I had a few questions about the house after booking but before we checked in, and they were so accessible and nice on the phone. Our flights changed and we were able to arrive a day early which was great. When we called to let them know we would need propane soon, they delivered it right away. This speedy and pleasant service can't be beat. This house had bikes in the garage and was a short walk from the beach. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathrooms are lovely, beds and linens comfy and it was very clean and professionally decorated. I look forward to renting here again!
