We had a great experience with Arrow Moving & Storage ! Our entire move went smoothly, and everything arrived exactly as it left. The team was incredibly friendly, professional, and careful with all of our belongings. A special thank you to Ricky and Miguel for handling and delivering our safe. That was no easy task, and they did it with skill and professionalism. We really appreciated their hard work and positive attitude. Overall, the whole crew with Roy, Aiden and Sam were wonderful to work with. They made what could have been a stressful move so much easier. From the very first call, communication was clear and prompt. They confirmed arrival time, called when they were on the way, and showed up exactly when promised. What truly stood out was the level of care. Every piece of furniture was properly padded and secured. Fragile items were handled with precision. The crew worked efficiently without cutting corners. Not a single item was damaged, which after several previous military moves, honestly surprised us. The crew was respectful, organized, clearly experienced, and worked hard. Ricky and Joe were phenomenal. Handled every item with care, and really went the extra mile not to nick or ding any walls. Besides that, just two down to earth dudes that were very personable and fun to talk to. I really wish them the best in life. Damn, I’m gonna miss those dudes 😔
I had a move from two homes into one, the crew worked concurrently at both places to ensure things were packed and ready for pick up and delivery. Any items disassembled were put back together. The team stayed in touch with me each morning to make sure we knew where we were working at and made good estimates on transit time between sites.
