Tried both The Butler and The Firebird sandwiches. Both were absolutely exquisite. Simple, not too heavy and great flavor. The man working was kind, funny and helpful with ordering
This might be a hot take, and I’m not a big deep dish fan. But the pizza here is best in the state. The owner was very friendly as well and will definitely be going back.
Hidden Gem! I ordered the Butler’s Dip, and it was amazing! It’s definitely my new favorite spot for a quick bite. The chef was great, he chatted my wife and me up about the food and the homemade breads, yum. What a fantastic spot for a lunch date. I’ll be back!
After finishing the first half of my Butler Dip sandwich, I had to write a review. This is the best sandwich I've had in Utah so far. A version of a cheesesteak that you would expect in the French Alps. Amazing dry aged beef on the perfect sourdough roll from the wood fire stove. Being from Philly, I switched the Swiss cheese for provolone. Well done Chop Shop.
Hands down the best lunch I've ever had in Park City. I did takeout of both the Gencarelli and the Butler Dip sandwiches and it's too hard to decide which one I liked better. The bread stood up to the hearty ingredients without being too hard and the quality of the meats was obvious. The sandwiches are large and can easily be split between two people. Will definitely return to try the pizza and the breakfast sandwich. The store/restaurant was sparkly clean and everyone was very friendly.
