We bake Italian Artisan Breads.Specifically Italian focaccia using only Italian flour and very few ingredients. We do not believe in seed oils, preservatives, synthetic additives or other junk in our food. We are a small operation, with only a few employees, but rapidly expanding. Punctuality, dependability, and consistency are highly valued. We work in a small shop together and everyone helps each other. You must be personable, adaptable and willing to help in whatever capacity asked of you. Cleaning, mixing, baking, it all can come into your job responsibilities.

What a wonderful addition! The bread is absolutely delicious - fresh, crusty, and perfectly baked. Beyond the amazing bread, the shop is filled with beautiful and delicious products from Italy that make it so much fun to browse. If you’re a foodie, this is definitely a place you need to visit. And with the holidays coming up, I can already tell it’s going to be one of my favorite spots to find unique gifts for friends, hosts and family. Beautiful shop, wonderful food, and such a special new addition to the community.
I was greeted at the door by Emile very friendly lots of really fun, healthy choices of food, and drinks and the focaccia for getta bout it…is out of this world! Highly recommend to go see The shop!!
An authentic bakery that uses the best ingredients. The focaccia has just the right density and pull. Such a delight to indulge in delicious and good for your bread. I have never eaten a meat stick in my life and the bison was delicious. Special chocolate as well - carefully sourced. The service was personalized, informed and caring. Get the loaves while you can!!
Drove from Park City just to get a loaf of his focaccia. Went back on Saturday and got another one to make a sandwich, mortadella, salami, pepperoni, prosciutto, arugula, tomato, pepperoncini, provolone, havarti, Duke's mayonnaise, Dijon and a squirt of Italian dressing on the arugula. I posted a picture in their photos. Excellent focaccia this place is going to explode and be hugely popular. I would give 10 Stars if I could.
The best focaccia bread I have ever had. I live in LA and we have pretty good options here but now I have to go to Utah for this!
