I absolutely adore this restaurant. I live in London and I wish we had this or something similar. I get the tri-tip salad and I substitute the cilantro-jalapeño dressing for the sweet spicy mango and it’s so good! The cheesy bread is amazing and the smoothies are great (if a bit expensive at almost $12each). The staff is always kind, friendly, and accommodating. There is free water, and a bathroom.
The food was excellent, but unfortunately the customer service didn’t match the quality of the meal. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was greeted by an employee who responded curtly when I said I was there for a pickup, asking, “For who?” in a rude tone. Thankfully, another employee stepped in, kindly asked for my name, checked on my order, and handed it to me with a smile and a sincere “Thank you.” The food was great, but the difference in professionalism between the two employees was noticeable. I hope the restaurant addresses this, because the food deserves customer service that matches its quality.
Recommended by a friend. It’s a nice place to eat with a good atmosphere. It’s health food, and they seem to like a lot of cauliflower, quinoa, and broccoli in some of their dishes. So if you like those things, knock yourself out. Probably won’t be part of my regular rotation, but it was very good. Similar to Vessel Kitchen.
The smoothie itself was delicious but they didn't fill the cup up all the way?? For $14+ that's pretty disappointing. The lady next to me had her's filled to the brim...I'll add pics of my smoothie (blue wave) and my neighbors (green) for reference but yea, for the price super disappointing.
I probably ordered wrong, but I really did not like my dinner. Roasted chicken with spaghetti squash, microgreens and "European " mushroom sauce? The chicken was cold, dry and tasted more like boiled chicken. The spaghetti squash was undercooked. The only flavor and strong aftertaste was pepper, which I don't like. The atmosphere is nice, modern and clean. There are lots of plants, which is nice. I wanted to like this, but I just didn't. I would maybe try a salad or something in the future, but I don't recommend what I ordered. I also think they need to find a smaller, eco-friendly bag for to-go orders. The service was fine and I didn't have to wait long for my order.
