I love their food so much. It’s the kind of food that actually makes you feel good and energized afterward. Everything is full of flavor, and the staff is always so friendly. Every time we go to Park City, we make a stop at Aubergine for pão de queijo and good food. 😋
Popped in for a quick, healthy dinner, first time here. I had the Coconut Curry: Roasted chicken, turmeric rice, seasoned kale, broccoli, mild spicy coconut curry simmered with carrot, green pea, sweet potato, cauliflower, chickpea, sesame seed, microgreens = the chicken was a little dry and lukewarm, rice was dry as well, veggies were fine and the sauce was tasty but could have used more sauce which would have helped cover up the dry chicken and rice. My son had the Tri-Tip Madeira: Grass-fed tri-tip steak, turmeric rice, seasoned kale, brussels sprout, baked sweet potato bites, sesame seeds, mushroom & peppercorn madeira sauce, microgreens = he also agreed the rice was dry but Tri-Tip and veggies were fine. His major dislike was the very over abundant amount of peppercorns in the sauce, too overpowering so he took the time to pick them out. Service was okay, restaurant seemed fairly clean though I observed one staff person who was clearing a table, instead of wiping the table down, she just used her hand to wipe food/crumbs off the table top right onto the floor and left it at that. Overall, everything was okay though a little pricey but I would expect that for a healthier choice. There is definitely room for improvement.
I love Aubergine and I always get the Tri-Tip Madeira bowl (and it’s my all time favorite) BUT there are way way way too many whole black peppercorns, making it difficult to enjoy. It seems like each time I go, it’s worse every time. I had to pick them out this time because it was unbearable and this picture shows probably only half of how many there were. I love spice, but it’s not fun to chew on a whole black peppercorn in every bite - especially because it overpowers the flavor of everything else. I hope you guys can stop adding so many and/or at least crush them so that I don’t have to chew a whole black peppercorn and then I can continue ordering my favorite dish and be able to enjoy it again! Thanks.
A nice chill place to get some good and interesting food quickly and affordable in Park City. The food was flavorful and filling.
I probably ordered wrong, but I really did not like my dinner. Roasted chicken with spaghetti squash, microgreens and "European " mushroom sauce? The chicken was cold, dry and tasted more like boiled chicken. The spaghetti squash was undercooked. The only flavor and strong aftertaste was pepper, which I don't like. The atmosphere is nice, modern and clean. There are lots of plants, which is nice. I wanted to like this, but I just didn't. I would maybe try a salad or something in the future, but I don't recommend what I ordered. I also think they need to find a smaller, eco-friendly bag for to-go orders. The service was fine and I didn't have to wait long for my order.
