FOOD: I hope they go out of business so I don’t get diabetes! Banana bread—amazing! Cinnamon Rolls—huge, soft, gooey & perfectly frosted! Apple Pie—best I’ve ever had, tell your Grandma I’m sorry but I can’t lie anymore! ATMOSPHERE: Small little bake shop with no seating, but no need to be worried you won’t be here long cause you’ll need to secure the tasty treats you’ve just be blessed with. SERVICE: The gals were so kind and nice, loved their warm attitudes. Back in the day the baker would toss in an extra item with your dozen, equaling 13 instead of 12, and calling it a bakers dozen. One of the gals gave me a free cookie with my purchase and it dang near changed my life. When I spend money and there is a little free gift I want shout it from the rooftops. Has your mechanic ever tossed in a free filter with your oil change? Doubt it! Your doctor ever checked your prostate while you’re there for an ear ache? Hard no. Go here! Yummy treat for a midday snack. I loved my slice of warm peach pie and my husband enjoyed his slice of apple pie! Their sugar cookie was soft and chewy. All was enjoyable and will definitely return next trip to PC!

Auntie Em’s vanilla bean sugar cookie is actual perfection. Sugar cookies are my favorite sweet treat, so I’ve tried A LOT of them over the years, and this one is easily the best I’ve ever had. I first found their cookies at a local grocery store in Park City. After my first bite, I kept going back just to see if they had more. When I realized Auntie Em’s had an actual bakery, I was so excited. The vanilla bean sugar cookie is just that good. I live down in SLC, but whenever I’m in Park City, I make sure to pick up a bunch. I’ve even found excuses to drive up to PC just to get their sugar cookies. If I see a fresh one available, I’m buying it every time. While the cookie is what got me hooked, everything else I’ve tried has been amazing too. Their baked goods are always fresh and delicious, and you can tell how much care goes into everything they make. Auntie Em’s has become one of my favorite bakeries, and it’s always worth the stop.

The Apple Crumble Pie is a standout. The cinnamon is perfectly measured, enhancing the natural sweetness of the apples rather than masking it. The crust is light and flaky, yet impressively holds its structure under the rich, fruit-filled topping. It’s the kind of pie you keep thinking about long after the last bite.

I was looking for a local bakery to have some treats delivered for a friend’s birthday and I’m sososo glad I found Auntie Ems. I ordered a dozen cookies & had them locally delivered. I’m from out of state, and Emily was super responsive and helpful with answering my questions. Her & her team packed the box of cookies adorably and hand wrote the bday message I submitted w/ the order! The bday girl said the cookies were incredible :) THANK YOUU!
