Incredible food and clean atmosphere. I would recommend getting garlic bread if you order the lasagna. It was delicious but I would’ve liked it better with some more garlicky flavor to go along. The chicken parmigiana was incredible.

I had a passionfruit jalapeño margarita with lime in a rocks glass with perfectly salted edge. It was delicious! Even the ice was wonderful. It was in small cylinders - rounded not shaved, not cubed. It gave the drink a perfect bubbly top. My braised short ribs were most tender with mashed potatoes and roasted brussel sprouts and asparagus, slightly crunchy, perfect and blackened. My husband’s salmon dish was also delicious. One unique feature of the dining room is all the nice nat light coming in lots of windows at 7:30 and 8 o’clock on a night in May. The atmosphere is casual. There is an area for outside dining. Somehow, they managed to be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Wow! VeRyan unique atmosphere. Customers were all enjoying their food and happy which is good to see and let you know the food is good here. We ordered two different pasta dishes, Shrimp Spaghetti and Mussels & Clams Spaghetti. They both had a little kick to it and both very different flavors but soooo soooo good. I dipped our garlic bread i. The sauces and ate even all the sauces.

I am so happy we came in here, we had a 10/10 dining experience. This is the best homemade pasta we’ve ever had (we’re very well traveled and love to eat!). We almost didn’t come in because we aren’t from around here and Google showed 4.3 stars but they deserve 5/5 stars 150%. My husband has worked in the restaurant industry for 30 years and this place was top notch down to every detail. The open kitchen was clean, food was hot, homemade and fresh. We ordered a lasagna, mushroom bucatini and the bone-in short rib. The pasta was so fresh and this was the largest short-rib with such great flavor in the sauce. We will for sure come back!!

During a recent 5 day girls’ trip to the Park City area, my friends and I had breakfast at Bartolos TWICE! We loved the food and service so much that we just had to go back! Our server, Lavinia, recognized us from eating there a few days prior and welcomed us back with a warm hug upon our return! Other breakfast places in Park City seem to be rated higher or recommended more, but the breakfast at Bartolos honestly can’t be beat! Their blueberry “baby pancake” is especially DELICIOUS!!!!
