We had a quick but great experience here, thanks to Jason! Really nice store with high end gear. We went in for ski socks (they had great merino wool socks) and Jason also gave us a great local recommendation for ice cream (Mack’s- we went and also highly recommend!). Great customer service.

Great merchandise and nice people but can't recommend their tuning services. Took in a nice pair of Volkl M7s for a tune and skies came back with the same light gouge and rough edge they came in with. I showed the desk person and they acknowledged fill must have not been done or came out during surface finishing. He offered to redo but it would take another day (I had already made two trips and left skies for 48 hours) as this service is actually performed up at base area store, a mile away. I offered to drive up as I'm leaving town, on a ski trip, tomorrow. He said there was no parking at the other store. So, I would have to take bus over, drop skies, take bus back, go ski for a day at Deer Valley, , come back, take another bus over, pickup skies this evening, then catch another bus to Park Ave store. This is extremely inconvenient, so I will take my time business elsewhere.

Matt did my boot fitting today and was great! He listened to all my concerns and fixed issues to help me ski better. I left with well fitting comfortable boots. Very professional and great customer service!

I got two sets of new skis here and are both fantastic skis. Then I needed new boots and had them fitted with Nick. He could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Ended up with a comfortable performance boot that is custom fit to perfect perfection. Also did the canting which was super helpful. Highly recommend this shop and Nick as your boot fitter. All the other employees at the shop were very nice and helpful too.

DO NOT RENT THEIR BIKES FOR YOUR SAFETY. I was given a Giant rental bike that was in completely unacceptable condition. Half the bolts were loose, there were no rear brake pads left at all, and the rear tire was literally mounted backwards. It was clear from the start that this shop does not take the time to properly inspect or maintain their bikes before sending them out with customers. That is extremely dangerous, especially considering these are e-bikes that are faster and heavier than normal bikes. Safety clearly isn’t their priority. When I brought up the issue of the missing brake pads to the employee working there, instead of acknowledging the problem, he tried to tell me that the brakes “just needed a bleed.” That kind of response shows a complete lack of care and knowledge — pads and a bleed are not the same thing. My friend’s bike wasn’t much better. He was given one with a mostly broken dropper post and multiple loose bolts, which made the ride uncomfortable and unsafe. The only reason I’m even giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because the price was cheaper than other rental shops, and they did eventually swap my bike for a different one. However, the “new” bike wasn’t problem-free either. The headset was creaking the entire ride, which made me constantly wonder what else might fail. It didn’t feel reliable at all. At the end of the day, saving a little money is not worth risking your safety. There are plenty of other rental shops out there that actually take pride in maintaining their equipment and making sure customers are safe. This was by far the worst rental experience I’ve had, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this shop at all costs.
