If I could give this store more than 5 stars, I would. I was in Park City for a MTB trip and needed a bike box to fly home my mtb (originals got torn up on my first flight) + a new tire after getting a gnarly side wall cut. Austin had two bike boxes waiting at the shop within 5 minutes of me calling in and JP knew I was short on cash and had a brand new take off tire he was willing to help me out on. Both instances they didn't need to help, but they did. Will always return here.

My partner and I traveled from NC for a work trip, and snuck in some mountain biking. We contacted Cole Sport the night before arriving and their professionalism and confidence stood out compared to the other shops we called. We came in as walk ups and they had a variety of bikes available the morning of. They listened to our needs and graciously helped us decide what would be best. Check in was easy, bikes were high quality and after test-riding, the team made the adjustments we requested. We ended up buying some gloves and sunglasses from them as well. Not only in helping us with the bikes, they also patiently explained which buses to take and where the best post-ride beers were in town. Top 3 best days of mountain biking I've had, thanks to the helpful sales team, as well as Ryan Fray, Tim A, and Sina S.

Our family took a trip to Park City this summer to mountain bike around the area, and we rented 5 bikes for a week from Cole Sport. It was a great experience! The staff were very helpful with the bikes and also with trail knowledge, the bikes rode very well, and everyone had a blast! Highly recommended!

Just want to give a big shout out to Jake at Cole Sports at the Park City location. Had an issue with a piece of ski equipment and he was able to remedy the issue and alay my concerns. Very, very much appreciated the time he took and also for the education. Grateful. Highly recommend this place for all your ski gear!

I got two sets of new skis here and are both fantastic skis. Then I needed new boots and had them fitted with Nick. He could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Ended up with a comfortable performance boot that is custom fit to perfect perfection. Also did the canting which was super helpful. Highly recommend this shop and Nick as your boot fitter. All the other employees at the shop were very nice and helpful too.
