Absolutely outstanding experience at Sun & Ski Sports today. We came in with our son, who is leaving for Mongolia soon, needing a long list of gear and essentials, and the team went far above and beyond to help us. Nearly every employee in the store spent time with us making recommendations, explaining features, helping us understand what would actually be useful, and making sure we were fully prepared. It never felt rushed or sales-driven — just genuine people who really knew their products and cared about helping our family. We left feeling confident, well taken care of, and honestly very impressed by the level of customer service. We will absolutely be back and will definitely recommend Sun & Ski Sports to others. Exceptional experience from start to finish!
I decided to get back into mountain biking after a long break (and at the request of my teenager daughter who wanted to learn.) I rode an old school Coyote from the 90's and desperately needed a good recommendation. Craig at Sun & Ski in Park City is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and puts his love for mountain biking into every customer inetaction. Upon his recommendation, I purchased a new mountain bike, and fell in love with the bike and the sport all over again. A few weeks later, I purchased the exact mountain bike for my daughter, and she loves it as much as I do. THANK YOU CRAIG! THANK YOU SUN &SKI SPORT 💙
Had a great experience with Natalie who helped me with some ski boot rental options, socks, insole, etc. She was very patient with me and went above and beyond. Really top notch customer service from her. A+ thank you.
Natalie, Drew and Jackson took excellent care of me! I took in two sets of skis that the Sun and Ski DILLON CO store had set to multiple incorrect binding settings earlier this month. The settings were different from each other on each of the four skis with even the front to back of bindings on two of the skis having large discrepancies. This store corrected all of them plus Jackson gave all 3 sets that I took in the best hand wax jobs I’ve ever had! Love this place and 100% will return for future service!
I recently rented snowboards for myself and my two boys at Sun & Ski Sports in Park City and had a fantastic experience! Matt and his staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rental equipment was in excellent condition and well-maintained. The store itself was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what we needed. Overall, we were very impressed with the quality of service and equipment at Sun & Ski Sports. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a basic snowboard package. When we rented, this particular location did not have any performance packages.
