Absolutely outstanding experience at Sun & Ski Sports today. We came in with our son, who is leaving for Mongolia soon, needing a long list of gear and essentials, and the team went far above and beyond to help us. Nearly every employee in the store spent time with us making recommendations, explaining features, helping us understand what would actually be useful, and making sure we were fully prepared. It never felt rushed or sales-driven — just genuine people who really knew their products and cared about helping our family. We left feeling confident, well taken care of, and honestly very impressed by the level of customer service. We will absolutely be back and will definitely recommend Sun & Ski Sports to others. Exceptional experience from start to finish!

I decided to get back into mountain biking after a long break (and at the request of my teenager daughter who wanted to learn.) I rode an old school Coyote from the 90's and desperately needed a good recommendation. Craig at Sun & Ski in Park City is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and puts his love for mountain biking into every customer inetaction. Upon his recommendation, I purchased a new mountain bike, and fell in love with the bike and the sport all over again. A few weeks later, I purchased the exact mountain bike for my daughter, and she loves it as much as I do. THANK YOU CRAIG! THANK YOU SUN &SKI SPORT 💙

DON’T buy ski boots before you see Matt! He is one awesome fitter. I told Matt my issues: small feet, high arches, bony heels. He walked me over to the display wall and pulled down a set of boots: “Based on what you’ve told me there is only one boot for you.” Thirty minutes later I was in the most comfortable boots I had worn. Two days of hard skiing have proven Matt knew what he was doing. Great power transfer, fun riding, and never once thought about my feet. Thanks Matt

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sun & Ski Sports in Park City was absolutely incredible. They helped both my husband and I get professionally fitted for new ski boots and set us up with demo skis for our trip. The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish! The whole team at both Park City locations was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. Special shoutout to Matt, Craig, and Natalie—especially Craig, who is a true expert in ski boot fitting. He asked thoughtful questions about our skiing ability and style, took precise measurements, and somehow nailed the perfect boots for both of us on the first try. We couldn’t believe how comfortable and dialed-in they felt! No one rushed us, every question was answered thoroughly, and we were encouraged to try different options until we felt 100% confident in our purchase. They treated our time and money like it was their own, which goes a long way and is rare these days. We even had our 6-month-old baby with us, and the team was so kind and welcoming—helping keep him entertained throughout the process. Outstanding customer service, expert ski boot fitting, great demo ski options, and just really good people. We left feeling like we had new friends in Park City! Highly recommend Sun & Ski Sports to anyone visiting or local who wants top-tier ski gear and service. I truly can’t say enough great things about this place and their entire team.

Outstanding customer service. Bought a pair of skis that I was initially excited about. However, after skiing on them for a couple of days I decided that they just weren’t for me. I brought them back in looking to exchange for something that was a better fit. Craig and Matt did an excellent job taking feedback and steering me in the right direction. Ended up with a pair of Ripstick 88s that were absolutely perfect for my skiing style and skill level. Will definitely buy my next pair of skis from them again!
