We had a fantastic experience at Christy Sports! I got my ski boots here, and both my husband and I ended up purchasing our new skis as well. We worked with Ben and Abe, and they were both amazing. Ben helped me find the perfect ski boots and made time for us when he was clearly very busy. He went the extra mile by calling another store to track down the right ski size for me, which I really appreciated. Abe helped us on our final day with selecting bindings, and he was just as patient and knowledgeable. Overall, such a great experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly, patient, and gave excellent recommendations. Also, shoutout to Rob and Sophie for helping us get our rental gear set up smoothly!

This is regarding the rental section. Have been skiing for 20+ years. Never seen staff so unfriendly. Someone named Nxxxn chitchatting with other customers for at least 3 mins with me standing there hands full holding boots and skis, and turned to me ask me to buckle the boots and turned his head to continue his chitchatting. So I was confused like either you encountered me to start returning process or if you are not willing to help then leave this to whoever gonna help me. I have also seen the way he spoke to other customers as well, and I am not seeing the professionalism, no way close of being kind. Not cool to be “ cool “ in customer service. I am there for vacation, not for people constantly telling me what to do or not to do. I am not there for stress. You definitely have someone there hurting your business. Update : manager called. Appreciated his effort.

Genuinely, Reed is a fantastic manager and was extremely helpful throughout the process. He even went above and beyond to confirm we had no issues with our rentals. If you’re looking for rentals or gear in general, I highly recommend coming here. Thank you Reed and staff for an excellent experience.

If you’re ever in the Kimball Junction area of Park City and need anything ski, go see BEN at Christy Sports near the Olympic Village. This dude spent 90 minutes doctoring up JJ’s boots and never even tried to sell me a new pair. He was determined to make him comfy in the same boot! Knowledge was immense on all topics ski related, service skills were top notch. And he did all this while juggling a group of 5 next to us. Hands down highlight customer service experience! We went back today to give him a little thank you present and turns out one of our crew walked out with new skis. That’s how you generate a bounce back customer. He showed genuine interest in Jace’s skiing and was a just a solid down to earth young man! It was awesome to meet you Ben. Class act all around!!! Thanks again!!!

Paid for a demo rental; snowboard and boots. Was given a Jones all mountain from 2022 and not so good boots. The boots did not fit well and my entire group was rushed. Bindings were not that good BUT all was made well. I reported it to the store manager, Reed, and all was made well and adjusted. Great service to fix common mistakes. Would recommend highly, adjustments given gave us a great experience.
