We had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis Deer Valley. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. As platinum elite members, we were generously upgraded to a beautiful suite with a full kitchen, two balconies, and two fireplaces, which made our stay especially comfortable and memorable. Spencer at the front desk was particularly helpful and went above and beyond for us. He sent a bottle of wine and a charcuterie board to our room along with a personal note, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. The property is beautiful, the service was outstanding, and Spencer made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent stay here August 2026! Booked through AMEX FHR and was extremely pleased with our 2-night stay here as a family of three with a 16-month old infant. In the week prior to check-in, I appreciated the email welcoming us and conversed with the front desk on a few requests. I thought it set a great tone for the stay. Upon arrival, the valet at the lower entrance was helpful, and they were able to honor the FHR noon check-in and room upgrade. We were grateful! Everyone we encountered during our stay was hospitable, kind, patient, and helpful. They were especially welcoming to my daughter and surprised her with a few little gifts, which was so thoughtful. I give the service 10/10! There were many detailed touches throughout our stay consistent with my expectations of a 5-Star resort (welcome note and treat, prepping the room for the evening, complimentary shoe shine, etc.). Our bed was comfortable and cleanliness of the room (and resort) was immaculate. The shower had great water pressure. They provided a crib free of charge and even set out baby toiletries (wash and lotion). We were very pleased with the pool too! I liked that despite this being a luxury resort, it felt family friendly, as evidenced by the pool toys and the few children playing in the pool. I would not say this was an overwhelmingly children overran resort at all though! Still a luxury resort :) Overall, we loved the location, close to all outdoor amenities of Deer Valley and a short drive to downtown Park City. We will definitely return here and check it out in winter next!

We had a great stay at the St. Regis Deer Valley. The hotel is beautiful with amazing views and very comfortable rooms. Ella at the front desk was very hospitable and made us feel welcome right away. The staff overall were friendly and attentive, which really made the trip special. The food was good, though not the highlight. We did have to leave a day early due to an emergency and still had to pay for the room, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. Everyone there was so kind and delightful. My boyfriend proposed on the way up in the funicular and everyone at the hotel and spa made the day and our stay extra special. I can’t recommend this place enough- the spa was amazing, hotel was beautiful, the restaurant’s food and service was exceptional. We have plans to go every year on our anniversary. It’s amazing!

Hotel was great. Very large and fantastic amenities. There is a private, free shuttle to access Park City (or anywhere within 5 miles). It functions like an Uber app to coordinate pickups and drop offs. All of the staff were extremely helpful and nice. Special shout out to Spencer for scheduling us a private champagne saboring after we missed the normal one all 4 evenings. Kiki and Fatima facilitated the private saboring and were amazing as well! Highly recommend this property and their amazing staff.
