Hotel was great. Very large and fantastic amenities. There is a private, free shuttle to access Park City (or anywhere within 5 miles). It functions like an Uber app to coordinate pickups and drop offs. All of the staff were extremely helpful and nice. Special shout out to Spencer for scheduling us a private champagne saboring after we missed the normal one all 4 evenings. Kiki and Fatima facilitated the private saboring and were amazing as well! Highly recommend this property and their amazing staff.

Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Stopped here for 1 night on a road trip to Zion National Park. The views were stunning especially on the night I arrived when there was thunder and lighting in the distance, it was one of the best views I’ve ever seen and I’ll remember it for a long time. The hotel itself is super cool. You take a gondola from the parking lot to the hotel, there’s a pool and the restaurants are luxurious and delicious. Overall a 10/10 experience for 1 night.

The wife and I had a wonderful 3 night stay over SB weekend. We went in with fairly high expectations and I'm pleased to say that they were surpassed. From the moment we booked the team at STR DV made sure to let us know they were available for anything we needed. This level of service was maintained through the entire stay. Every single member of the staff we encountered was extremely pleasant and helpful. During our stay we tried every restaurant on the site. The service was 10/10 at every single one and the food averaged 7/10. That being said, it was by far the best "mountain resort" food we've ever had. The ski in/ski out location was phenomenal and everyone working the ski valet was simply amazing. The bar/vintange room gets pretty crazy for the après but that was expected. What we didn't expect, and possibly the only con of the hotel, is the slow funicular. After you ride it a few times it just becomes a bit of a nuisance. Also the lines for it can get pretty crazy. Fortunately during the après, they do have staff that will bring you to the front of the line if you're staying at the hotel. Lastly, the hard product was also fantastic. We had a corner mountain view suite and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. We're certainly looking forward to making this a yearly trip and very thankful to the team for making our stay unforgettable.

Unfortunately the hotel occasionally closes to the public. At the very least announce it on your website and social media to prevent people from trying to visit. I would prob won’t ever try visiting again because the risk of a foiled plan isn’t worth it … I suggest going somewhere more reliable like the montage or Stein Erikson instead. I could tell the gentleman at the door who had to say no really wanted to say yes … we clearly presented as well dressed and friendly. I suggest giving the employee at the funicular entrance discretion about who to let in.

I am beyond disappointed with how my group was treated at this hotel. We were repeatedly told the property and amenities were “over capacity,” which was clearly untrue, as we watched other guests being allowed in right in front of us. To make this even more frustrating, we are Titanium members and spent a significant amount of money on property — breakfast, lunch, dinner, and happy hour. Loyalty and spending apparently mean nothing here. The staff (specifically the women working at the time) were rude, dismissive, and openly hostile. The energy was not subtle — it felt personal and targeted. Being lied to while watching exceptions made for others is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. Whether this was blatant favoritism, poor management, or outright discrimination, the result was the same: we were treated unfairly and with disrespect. Hospitality is about welcoming guests, not making them feel unwanted or singled out. Management needs to seriously reevaluate their staff and training standards.
