Came here for our anniversary and they were so nice and upgraded our room to a luxury suite! And gave us free valet! Ace was so kind and congratulatory, made our entire day!! The resort is so nice and clean, rooms are comfortable. Only downside is not many restaurants nearby that are more affordable but the drive isn’t bad. We would 100% come back!
As owners, we have stayed here for years and out of all of our visits, Laura has been the best example of customer service, hands down! She remembered our names, went out of her way to make sure our room locations met the needs of our party, and made a sincere effort to provide excellent service. Her friendly and attentive demeanor made this stay fantastic.
Our stay at Westgate Park City Resort & Spa was fantastic! The location is incredible, and the mountain views are absolutely beautiful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. There were plenty of activities for the whole family to enjoy, and having an on-site convenience store made everything even easier. The indoor/outdoor pool was one of our favorite amenities, and with Canyons Village right behind the resort, there were even more restaurants and activities just a short walk away. We also hosted a surprise birthday party during our stay and were able to reserve the observation deck. It was the perfect setting, and the staff went above and beyond to help make the event a success. Thank you to the entire Westgate Park City Resort & Spa team for making our week so memorable. We can't wait to come back!
The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are wonderful and worth the money (and match the pictures)… but the staff… hands down amazing. If I could write a review for each one that has helped us I would. Laura stole the show. I ran into a medical emergency with my husband who has a terminal illness… not like call 911. I needed to McGyver something on the fly and she went and found everything I needed. It was too late to go to the store. She was so calm (which really helped), and just amazing. I’ve traveled all over the world and I’ve never had a staff member go so out of their way. I’ve come to park city for over 20 years and I haven’t stayed at this hotel, I won’t stay anywhere else. Sorry Stein Erickson, but thanks for the many years… Pics are not from medical stash she found for me, this was in our room… it isn’t our anniversary the booking agent for the hotel asked if it was for anything special, and all I said was it’s really special to us…
I recently stayed here after having to make a last minute booking because my original hotel botched the reservation them wanted to charge me triple the price to stay there. Keep in mind this is “off season” review. I searched alternate hotels for lower price and Westgate came up. We were happily surprised and booked without hesitation. The area is absolutely gorgeous, the resort is stunning and it has all the amenities to entertain couples or families and everything in between. I would LOVE to come back during snow season. Note: off season activities outside of the resort are limited (many are shut down mid April through Memorial Day) but this resort has a huge heated pool, an adult only pool that is indoors and tranquil, a spa, an arcade room, ping pong tables, sauna/steam room, tennis courts and so much more. The hotel itself offers daily/nightly activities. Others commented on the complex layout - honestly after looking at the map and doing 1 run through it was quite easy to access everything. It’s a large resort so you’re bound to have to walk a bit to anything but it’s nothing egregious. Customer service was the best I’ve received at any hotel I’ve ever stayed.
