We had a wonderful stay at the Westgate Park City. One of the highlights was our meal on our final night at the Edge Steakhouse. We sat at the bar, and had an incredible meal, including an elk loin that blew our mind. One of the amazing bartenders named Mike was also our server for the evening. The food was excellent, but most noteworthy was the service provided by Mike. He was super friendly and clearly very knowledgeable about the food, the resort, and the wine list. We’d highly recommend Edge Steakhouse, and give huge props to Mike! ⭐️

Lovely hotel - every staff member was extremely kind and their pool/spa amenities did not dissapoint! Special shout out to Anita for helping me with a room upgrade for my stay. I highly recommend going for the slighty higher price option when choosing your room. For the small bump in price there were way more amenities.

Stayed with my family in the presidential suite on the 9th floor. My son and I stayed in the room To the right and I had a beautiful view from my room. My sister, brother in law and niece and nephews stayed to the room to the left and they didn’t have any complaints. My parents and brother stayed in the main suite and had plenty of room and had no issues making breakfast, dinner. My dad and siblings and brother in law had a great time snowboarding. There wasn’t a lot of snow but it did snow a day before we left so they got to enjoy fresh snow. There isn’t a ton of dining option around but that is not the resorts fault. The parking garage only goes up to the 4th floor so we did have to carry our groceries through the halls and on the elevator with the other guests which was kind of awkward but manageable. Overall we had a nice little family vacation!

I had to take a moment to highlight the incredible service I received from Miranda at the front desk. When I arrived, I was initially placed in a ground-floor room. I stayed here last year and had a similar layout but on a higher floor, so I was hoping for something comparable this time. As soon as I approached Guest Services, Miranda greeted me warmly and genuinely asked how she could help. She went above and beyond, she seamlessly moved me to an eighth-floor room, made the entire process feel effortless, and treated me with so much care and professionalism. I’ve truly never felt so accommodated in a situation like this. She called my room and made sure I had everything and that I was comfortable. Then mentioned she was just a call away if that changed. I also had a complication with the app, and when I stopped by the front desk the office was closed, but they made a note. The next morning, Miranda personally called me, walked me through every detail step-by-step, and even sent a follow-up text letting me know she was available if I needed anything else. That kind of attentiveness is rare and so appreciated. Her kindness, efficiency, and genuine commitment to guest comfort made the start of my stay exceptional. Westgate is lucky to have her!

We had an amazing experience at Westgate Resort Park City. From the moment I arrived, the check-in service was exceptional—warm, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. It really set the tone for a great stay. My room was beautiful, featuring a comfortable king bed, cozy seating, and a convenient kitchenette that made it easy to prepare small meals. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, offering both comfort and luxury. The resort itself has fantastic amenities. The fitness room was well-equipped, and the indoor/outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing no matter the weather. The arcade room added a fun touch, especially for families, and the small market on-site made grabbing groceries and essentials effortless. I also visited the Serenity Spa, which lived up to its name—peaceful, professional, and wonderfully rejuvenating. A huge perk of staying here was the complimentary shuttle to Main Street. It made getting around incredibly easy, and I have to give special recognition to our driver, **Spencer**, who was absolutely exceptional—friendly, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make the ride enjoyable. Since I visited during the holidays, I have to mention the Christmas decorations. The resort was beautifully decorated inside and out, creating a festive and magical atmosphere throughout the property. Overall, exceeded my expectations in every way. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort convenience, and luxury.
