I had an amazing person named Spring that took care of me during my stay. She was incredible and made my trip the best trip I have ever had in Park City. Spring should be how wonderful staying and owning a place at Westgate. She was so helpful with everything. My 11 year old son is still taking how special she made him feel. Thank you Westgate for having such a genuine person there

Exceptional Ski Conveniences Seamless Slopeside Access: I highly valued the daily free ski storage and convenient drop-off service directly at the lifts. Valuable Extras: The inclusion of free ski waxing and specialized ski lockers equipped with boot dryers significantly enhanced my skiing experience. Extensive Resort Amenities Pools & Relaxation: The resort features three swimming pools and multiple hot tubs, including a dedicated adult-only area that I found particularly amazing. Hassle-Free Transportation & Parking: I benefited from the complimentary shuttle service connecting the resort to Park City and Junction Commons, as well as free parking in the secure, covered garage. Superior Property Management Responsive Service: My experience with iTrip Park City (the management company) was excellent. They demonstrated high levels of communication and persistence by sending maintenance multiple times to address a faulty microwave, eventually replacing it with a brand-new unit to ensure my comfort.

The room was spotless And had every amenity that we needed. The front desk responded to our requests immediately. The fish shuttle service was very valuable for us, taking us to restaurants and the grocery store with no more than a 10 minute wait ever. The pool and hot tub were clean. Abundant towels available. The ski service And ski lockers was perfection.

I had to take a moment to highlight the incredible service I received from Miranda at the front desk. When I arrived, I was initially placed in a ground-floor room. I stayed here last year and had a similar layout but on a higher floor, so I was hoping for something comparable this time. As soon as I approached Guest Services, Miranda greeted me warmly and genuinely asked how she could help. She went above and beyond, she seamlessly moved me to an eighth-floor room, made the entire process feel effortless, and treated me with so much care and professionalism. I’ve truly never felt so accommodated in a situation like this. She called my room and made sure I had everything and that I was comfortable. Then mentioned she was just a call away if that changed. I also had a complication with the app, and when I stopped by the front desk the office was closed, but they made a note. The next morning, Miranda personally called me, walked me through every detail step-by-step, and even sent a follow-up text letting me know she was available if I needed anything else. That kind of attentiveness is rare and so appreciated. Her kindness, efficiency, and genuine commitment to guest comfort made the start of my stay exceptional. Westgate is lucky to have her!

We had an amazing experience at Westgate Resort Park City. From the moment I arrived, the check-in service was exceptional—warm, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. It really set the tone for a great stay. My room was beautiful, featuring a comfortable king bed, cozy seating, and a convenient kitchenette that made it easy to prepare small meals. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, offering both comfort and luxury. The resort itself has fantastic amenities. The fitness room was well-equipped, and the indoor/outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing no matter the weather. The arcade room added a fun touch, especially for families, and the small market on-site made grabbing groceries and essentials effortless. I also visited the Serenity Spa, which lived up to its name—peaceful, professional, and wonderfully rejuvenating. A huge perk of staying here was the complimentary shuttle to Main Street. It made getting around incredibly easy, and I have to give special recognition to our driver, **Spencer**, who was absolutely exceptional—friendly, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make the ride enjoyable. Since I visited during the holidays, I have to mention the Christmas decorations. The resort was beautifully decorated inside and out, creating a festive and magical atmosphere throughout the property. Overall, exceeded my expectations in every way. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort convenience, and luxury.
