Beautiful ski in-ski out hotel in Park City, but it only deserves 4.5-stars because of the ridiculous location of the Ski Valet. The hotel was clearly designed by someone who has never skied. The Ski Valet should be slope side and readily accessible. You should be able to glide on your skis directly to the Ski Valet. Completely bizarre that to get to the Ski Valet you need to carry your skis down 4 icy steps, pull out your room key, unlock and go through a gate, walk through the entire pool area, up 4 more steps, and into the hotel. What are they thinking??

DO NOT STAY HERE! The only thing this hotel has going for it is its location. As a Marriot member I expected better. The service was horrendous. The front desk staff was rude and not helpful at all. Housekeeping was every other day and tracking them down to get extras when it wasn't your day was a nightmare. On the day they did show up, they did not even empty the trash that was under the sink. There are no bellman. The rooms and the hotel in general is very dirty. The coffee machine was broken our whole stay. There is only a small pantry that sells some snacks and soft drinks so if you want to eat, you must go off property. If all Marriott Vacation Club properties are this disappointing I would like to know because I will never be staying in one again.

This hotel is fantastically located right at the base of Park City mountain so you can put on your skis right outside the hotel door. They have great amenities with the pool area, spa area, game rooms and ski concierge. The service was great—they even put our groceries in the unit for us before we arrived, so helpful! But the price is pretty astronomical for a 3 star hotel. There is no bellman to help with luggage or store ski bags, and the units, though spacious and nicely appointed with fire places and full kitchens, are a bit faded. When we asked for late check out we were told that our gold status didn’t apply to Marriott vacation club and they could only extend the time past 10am by 1 or 2 hours. Overall we had an amazing experience but felt the price was high for the product.

This our favorite place to stay when skiing at Park City. Ski in/ski out with free ski valet. We always get a 1 or 2 bedroom. Garage parking, full kitchen & laundry. The rooms are spacious. They also have sunscreen & hand lotion at the Ski valet so you can add some protection as you had outside to the slopes. And they have several outside in-ground hot tubs & a heated pool outside to recoup after a long day of skiing. There's also a lot for kids to do, like movies, pool tables, and other games.

Very nice place with roomy rooms and attentive staff. Sadly the pool and many of the hot tubs were closed for pre ski season maintenance for the week. That makes for some crowded remaining tubs. Parking lot spaces are small as noted by others. Rent a smaller suv if visiting. A full size is gonna be tough to park. Great fitness center and activities center on site. We came just after Thanksgiving to take a break. The location is optimal during ski season as well as in the dryer months.
