***Be aware that if you aren't a Marriott owner, you will have to pay $30/day for parking on top of whatever you are paying for the stay. One of my favorite places to stay, EVER. Especially if you get a one or two bedroom suite; they have a fireplace and a big open-concept kitchen/dining/living room. It truly feels like an apartment that's perfect for family reunions and feeling at home away from home. Great for families and kids- amazing kids club and always something fun to do. Indoor and outdoor pool, several hot tubs, half-size basketball court, paved trail. AND it's all just steps away from historic Park City Main Street, which is so fun to walk around and window shop. I've been staying here with my family for 20+ years. Fun hack my husband and I found is booking through AirBnB, because then you get the benefits of Marriott ownership like free parking. Esp if you stay in the off season, you can get a really good deal!

We planned a family reunion with 5 different units. All staff was wonderful and helpful. Allie, the manager, made sure we were in the same building and just a few doors away from each other. We have stayed at this resort a number of times and it is one of our favorites! It is situated right downtown so everything is walkable. The units themselves are roomy and very comfortable with wonderful window seats. We love to have rooms overlooking the inner plaza with views of the firepits. The activities person is amazing with many different activities offered for all ages. Ingredients for s'mores are offered for a small price. The pool and hot tubs are beautiful and warm. Our family loved our time there and hope to repeat our visit yearly!

If available, I liked staying at this location because it’s easy to walk to everything, close to shopping and restaurants, and Main Street is right there. The rooms are clean and more updated, and having parking was definitely a plus. You used to not have to pay for parking since it was included, but now it’s $30 a night, so take that into consideration. If you find another nice place to stay with parking included, I’d probably go there since that definitely used to be one of the big advantages here, especially for locals.

Five stars isn’t enough! I don’t know if it’s Park City magic or this hotel specifically, but the hospitality here is truly something special. Kirk and Juan went above and beyond from the moment we arrived — warm, welcoming, genuinely kind, and so incredibly helpful. Those two alone made our entire stay. You can tell they actually care, and it makes all the difference. On top of the outstanding service, the location is perfect and the views are absolutely beautiful. I honestly can’t see myself staying anywhere else when I’m in Park City. If you’re looking for a place where you feel taken care of, this is it. Already looking forward to coming back!

Most marriotts have a lot more amenities than this one, but what it lacks, it makes up with service! The rooms are beautiful and clean (wow if you stay here, the jetted tubs and the fire place make the entire stay feel luxurious). The place does have a work out room, pool/hot tub area and grills, but I’ve got to stop and talk about how amazing the activities department is! My kids are loving the hidden moose activity, but the actual activities team too is so engaging and fun! We got to pick out our own popcorn flavors, they did painting lessons, we decorated our own bags for Easter and tons and tons more. They have at least 5 scheduled activities daily which is just a ton of fun. Also, concierge - if you stay here, ask to talk to Denise Fox cause she was such a huge part of making this vacation grand. She asked us the right questions on what we’d want to do this trip and gave the perfect tips. From where I can find a course meal to where to take the kids all the way in Provo for our planned provo day. She supplied us with a ton of ideas and materials and made us feel welcome. We really enjoyed talking with her because it felt like she cared about our vacation too! Purely kind individual and I hope her all the success in the world! Thank you to the entire team!
