My partner and I stayed two weeks ago and had a great time! Audra made check-in fun, Helena gave excellent dining and drink recommendations, and Sebastian was very helpful at the ski valet. Despite limited snow, we enjoyed our stay, the location is great and the staff is very friendly

We had the best stay at this beautiful hotel, mostly due to the staff. Mike, in particular, was outstanding! From the moment we arrived to the day we departed, he was a true gem! Our two Corgis, Winston and Arthur, felt right at home due to his accommodating nature. One of a kind employee! The location of the hotel is wonderful, and we enjoyed many of the hikes in the area during our stay.

This is the second time to this hotel, and yes it is a solid hotel with a great location, clean rooms, great public spaces and an amazing outdoor pool and hot tub area. Sadly 1/2 of the hot tub jets were not working the last two nights we were there, and the Peloton in the excersize room couldn't connect to the hotel wifi for some reason and no one seemed to think it could be fixed. With that negitive out to the way, they are doing their best to keep this aging hotel clean and welcoming. The balcony rooms have great views and there is even a laundry room that is only $2.00 for each washer and dryer. It clearly needs some maintance upgrades (cracks in the concrete and a wierdly missing door in our suite), but you can't beat it for location. It is right next to a grocery store, Olympic Park and the free bus that will take you right to the slopes. The Vertical Bar is a fun, clean and upbeat place for free apri ski appitizers and a reasonably priced drinks. I hope to stay there next year.

The hotel itself is a bit dated, but it will due for those looking for a good deal at Park City. The location is great, right next to the grocery store. I think the best part of the hotel was the front desk staff and of those staff members, Mike was a superstar. He brought the positive vibes and made us all feel connected as humans. He made my wife and 9 month old daughter feel like family. He’s truly a great spirit who does everything from his heart and not from his teeth.

This is no resort. It’s a bait & switch. First off, Sebastian was extremely rude at the front desk. No personality and bad English. The room smelled like sewer gas/mold. I think there was actually mold because we felt sick in the lungs our whole trip. Whole place is dark, dinky. Even the free cookies were stale. Extra star added because it’s in a good location. All the more reason to put a nicer resort in this spot, the Yarrow is not a nice one at all. Audra at the front appears gruff but was actually quite friendly when we told her our issues. She took 20% off our stay. It’s appreciated. Nobody else would have.
