Treasure Mountain Inn has the BEST location. It's at the top of Main Street; nice and quiet yet so walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Additionally, the Town Lift is just down the street and a free trolly can even give you a ride if you don't feel like carrying your skis. We will definitely be back.

Amazing location right on Main Street with free parking. Large outdoor hot tub with waterfall spouts was a welcome treat for a sore skier. Rooms are owned by individuals so can vary is recency of renovation and updates, so better to book directly with the website so you can choose a specific room. I recommend calling to get advice on which rooms are best within a certain category. My room was large and newly updated with a kitchen and sitting area.

The Treasure Mountain Inn offered exactly what my daughter and I needed…relaxation, warmth and a little place to call home on our vacation. Our room was clean, tidy, quiet and offered all the amenities we needed for a little getaway. The location was perfect with access right into the heart of Main Street with so many shops and restaurants to wander through. We never had any trouble parking and we were out & about quite a bit which was wonderful. This place had the quaint, home away from home feel we needed along with feeling safe with it just being the two of us. Great choice, great location and great trip!

This room was odd. The carpet was filthy, the sofa was torn, the room smelled old, and there was a loud party that lasted until midnight despite 10:00 pm quiet hours. The elevator was not in service and the front access was not working the last day. The front office was closed when we complained about the late night party. They seemed unconcerned about the problems. They did reach out afterwards to express their apologies. We have stayed here in the past because the location is awesome, but not sure we'll stay again.

After sharing this feedback to the hotel management directly and receiving a unconcerned response, I'm sharing my feedback here to forewarn others. The 5 star reviews on here were absolutely paid for. I absolutely would not recommend anyone to stay here while in Park City. The location on Main Street is the only "perk" this hotel has. If you want to stay on Main Street, stay at Park Hotel or the Marriott instead. The suite, accommodation, and amenity photos on the hotel's website do not show the reality of its conditions. My party stayed in two suites, and we were equally disappointed with both. The showers and sinks do not drain. There is rust on the hard surface floors and stains the size of dinner plates on the carpet - I would not recommend being in these suites barefooted at any time. Not all suites have closet or drawer space, so we did not have space to unpack our suitcases. Housekeeping comes at an additional fee and has to be scheduled in advanced. There were old White Claws and Tupperware with moldy food in our water closet upon arrival. The front desk staff is also not friendly nor helpful either. When calling down to the front desk for fresh towels midday(since housekeeping doesn't come during your stay), I was consistently sent to the answering machine. This would be fine, however, no one seems to check the answering machine. Upon check-in, my group asked if the employee at the check-in desk had any dinner recommendations - the employee haphazardly recommended the Jersey Mike's across town. There are also quiet hours posted within the buildings. This isn't regarded nor enforced by the hotel staff at all, so don't be surprised when you're woken up several times a night. There are also safety concerns with this hotel. The hotel is divided amongst three buildings and one needs to take several hard-to-find staircases to navigate within a building and across the buildings. If someone has ADA-needs, the main hotel is the only building with an elevator. When crossing between buildings, there is a brick courtyard (also where the hot tub is) that has a lot of loose bricks on the steps. I would be shocked in this hotel was still open in five years.
