Beautiful place, perfect location, a little bit away from the the Olympic Village craziness, but ideally situated across from the skiing hills. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable, and my teen boys shared a sofa sleeper with no problems. This also is bookable through an RCI timeshare membership, so keep it in mind if traveling to the Salt Lake City area. It's about 40 mins away from the City, and at about 7,000 ft, so beautiful mountain views all around, and amazing sunsets!

Compliments: The staff were friendly and helpful. It's right on the bus line, which made it easy to get to Old Main Street to spend the day without having to worry about parking. The room was clean and comfortable enough. Complaints: If there was Wi-Fi available for guests, no information was given about how to access it. Cell phone reception inside the room was not great. The doors could use a spring-loaded closure so that other guests aren't slamming doors. It was so bad with the guests across the hall that I had to go ask them to stop slamming the door into their room. We tried to stream a movie in the evening after returning to our room, but it was constantly buffering and then it froze midway through the movie. We had to completely exit our streaming service and go back in to be able to finish it. The internet access, linked to the TV, was insufficient and terrible. Overall, this was more motel than hotel. I would not choose to stay here again.

We stayed on a make up visit as our first experience was less than stellar. They completely lived up to their word and showed us that our first stay was out of the norm our room was great and perfect for a family. The internet and t.v. issues we had during our first visit were non existent this time. We will be back.

Don’t waste your time or money unless you want a 1 bedroom condo not much bigger than a hotel room with an outside entrance. The room doesn’t even have a closet. Everything is just stuffed in. Can’t imagine this condo for a ski trip. It was cool outside and the room stayed between 75-77 and I don’t like leaving a bedroom window open next to the outside walkway for all the rooms. The pool was okay.

My wife and I stayed at the Park Regency over our few days visit to Park City. Unsure as to how we would like it after seeing a few unfavorable reviews at Trip Advisor, we were rather pleasantly surprised with our accommodations. My first and foremost concern is the cleanliness of any place we stay, and the unit we were in was very well kept and very clean. We were surprised at how nicely the unit was laid out as well, with a comfortable size living room/kitchen area, an adjacent outdoor balcony, a separate bathroom and a separate bedroom. Plenty of space for my wife and I for our several days stay. We were also surprised with the free use of a washer and dryer, which we were happy to have available to us while traveling on a 6 week road trip. The location is also in a nice area, with options for grocery stores and restaurants all located within walking distance. This place does looks a bit dated on the outside, in the elevator and along the hallways - and it is by no means a luxury hotel, so if that is your thing - look elsewhere. But if you are looking for nice clean comfortable accommodations, the price point for this place was very reasonable and of good value.
