Fabulous place! Great amenities and couldn't be much closer to the resort (pretty much right across from the Alpine Slide). Beautiful kitchen and rooms, and we loved the hot tub in the room. Located super conveniently close to the pool and sauna (but not right next door, which was perfect). Would definitely stay there again!

Unfortunately, the property management waited until a few days before our trip (and after final payment was complete) to inform us that there would be construction resulting in no air conditioning for our unit. It was on the fourth floor, facing West, with multiple windows and skylights and our stay was during a record breaking heat wave in July. It was like an oven! It was literally hotter inside than outside in the 90+ degree weather. It was also fairly dirty, which I assume was because the poor cleaners were probably roasting to death. We were offered a small discount or a move to another property. We wanted to move, but it turned out they didn't actually have another property available that would fit our party. They gave us a few fans and assured us the AC would be on by the next morning. Well, it never got fixed and our entire stay was very much affected by the heat. We literally had to find other places to be all day and sweat it out all night. On day two, we asked for additional fans and some missing items (hand soap, dishwasher detergent) and never received them until my husband finally tracked them down himself. We were offered a 30% discount for the AC issue. Upon our return, only 20% was refunded. After calling, the additional 10% was finally refunded. Overall, it didn't feel like enough, considering we paid nearly $900 for two nights in an oven, where we couldn't even sleep comfortably, let alone spend any time during the day. The unit did have a great layout, comfortable beds, good location, and a decent pool area (which we used a LOT, given the heat). Otherwise, this would have been a zero-star experience. The AC issue and poor customer service really ruined a place that had the potential for a great vacation rental.

Unfortunately our A/C in our room was not working during our stay due to construction but the staff provided us with box fans which did the trick. Beautiful location in walking distance of many amenities. I really enjoyed the sauna that is open until 10 pm.

Beautiful, comfortable rooms that feel like home, friendly and accommodating staff and great location. A shuttle stop is in front of the resort which makes it so easy to use public transportation and not worry about finding parking in downtown PC. It is also very walkable to the Village or downtown. My go to place for a quick overnight trip for a concert and dinner or for a week getaway. Reasonably priced as well! Love this resort!

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with lovely pool hot tub, sauna and helpful staff. Just across the road from the Mt Village lifts and with a bus route to PC Old Town just outside. 10 minutes to nearest big grocery store. So ideal in most respects. Only improvement I would suggest is to put a locking chain on the patio doors for security at night so they can be left open for fresh air and update the extractor in the bathroom which sounds like a helicopter taking off. Some DVDs to borrow from reception would be good too.
