CW was great. They clearly communicated everything we needed and they started a month out so we felt well prepared upon arrival. They were always extremely responsive, responding within the hour with thoughtful answers to our questions. Very helpful with making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Would rent through them again, no doubt.
Five-Star Stay – Incredible Location & Amazing Team We had the most incredible stay! The location truly cannot be beat, right on the mountain in Park City, which made skiing so easy and convenient. Being able to step right out and onto the mountain was such a luxury. The condo itself was beautiful, spacious, and extremely comfortable, perfect after long ski days. The Cooper Wynn team was outstanding. They were so responsive, kind, and helpful, especially when our flights back to NY were unexpectedly canceled. That level of support made a stressful situation so much easier. A special shout-out to Tracee, who went above and beyond while helping us navigate alternate accommodations. Truly appreciated. We loved the amenities as well. The hot tub was fantastic (we used the indoor one, though the outdoor one looked amazing too). Having a garage was such a bonus since we had a rental car. It made our longer drive to Alta easy and stress-free. Deer Valley was also incredibly close, and being able to ski multiple mountains from this location was a huge perk. It’s also super close to town, you can easily walk or hop on the free trolley, which runs frequently and is so convenient. This was absolutely a five-star visit. The only small suggestion (which didn’t change how much we loved staying here) would be clearer walking directions between buildings at night. For tired travelers arriving late, it can be a bit confusing — though returning guests would have no issue at all. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
We were a skiing group, had 3 condos in Park Avenue complex. We had stayed there before, and as before the condos were clean, comfortable and worked great for us. Only had one issue, couldn’t get the electronic lock to work on one of the condos one evening. Maintenance came out in about 1/2 hour after calling and the issue turned out to be loose door hinges causing the lock to bind. Once fixed, no more issues. The location for the condos is great, bus stop out front, close to the PCMR base, across the street from the grocery store, a couple of blocks from the liquor store. All in all, very happy with our stay.
I have rented from Cooper Wynn in Park City, Utah numerous times and each time the staff have been absolutely wonderful- so responsive and helpful and so quick to address any question or issue. I have had a great experience with the condos I've rented and, especially, with the staff. Sandy and Tracee in particular have gone above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and easy. They are fantastic and reason alone to rent with Cooper Wynn!!!
Absolutely outstanding experience with CooperWynn for our Park City ski trip. Easy reservation process, broad range of bedroom/bath/location choices, simple checkin and overall flawless logistics. We ended up in a beautiful 4 bed/3.5 bath condo 1 minute from the slopes. Perfection! Special thanks to Sandra Hull for the fantastic customer service and support our entire trip. I look forward to the next trip and would absolutely reservw with CooperWynn every time.
