Came here from out of town with a friend and what a delight! Our waiter, Jon, was pleasant and the perfect amount of attentive. When we were unsure about our wine choice to accompany our meals he introduced us to sommelier Jeff who was phenomenal! He listened to our preference and entree choices and gave us few options while perfectly reading our “you choose” vibes he selected the most amazing Pinot Noir that we both thoroughly enjoyed. Manager Laurel was amazing! She even comped both our desserts (it was my friends bday)! We enjoyed our conversations with all three. The food & wine were amazing.
The entire experience was nothing short of fabulous. Decided to give Courcheval a try as we were walking in town and read the menu. We were seated at the chefs bar area and the kids loved it. The staff was incredible! Mallory was more than accommodating and so sweet with our group. Entire staff was exceptional, friendly and helpful. We had the Brie- to die for with an in house jam, the gnocchi was fabulous, steak, a layered crape dessert that was gluten free! The Courcheval margarita and espresso martini were yum! Many gluten friendly options. I’m currently wanting to plan another trip to Park City to eat here again!
I was trying to get this place for the last 3 years, so I guess expectations were quite high. And unfortunately, it wasn't worth 3 years of waiting. First of all everything way too salted, especially French onion soup. Version was too chewy. What I really liked mushroom soup and crab appetizer
Beautiful restaurant with a well focused menu and wine list that evokes the Savoie region of France. Open kitchen so you can watch them work. Wait staff well trained and professional. Plating was excellent. Had the duck breast and roasted vegs, and beef short ribs bourguignon. Both carefully prepared and delicious. Great flavors and vegetable components, good size portion but not too much. Rich and savory. The creme brule for desert was...an "interesting" variation. Noise level was too much for me, but... it's a resort town with people on vacation. Recommend reservations and eating early. Highly recommended.
This is a cozy fancy little French place. We got complimentary bread with butter as our starter. I have ordered pan seared white fish. It was very good, juicy fish, tasty smooth sauce came with it. Also it was served with vegetables and a salad. It was a filling dish for sure. I also had salad with beats, it was just ok, granola was absolutely unnecessary there in my opinion. My husband ordered medium rare ribeye steak. It was served medium well. They had to redo it, the new steak was closer to rare , but that was not the issue , they served New York steak instead of ribeye . Service though was great. When they saw our disappointment with steak, they did not charge for it , and tried their best to make our stay welcomed. Overall, we had great experience and would come back again.
