Horrible campground. After 10 pm people are drunk and SCREAMING at their kids to go to sleep. The poor kids were probably scared. Its a new environment and its dark. We stayed here 2 nights and the 2nd night was teenagers partying. Two of our neighbors left in the middle of the night because they couldn't sleep. There are so many campground hosts that do nothing. I would suggest going elsewhere to camp.
Great State Park! Close to Provo for shopping, very close to Sundance and Heber city. Great Lake views from most sites. A lot of the spots are off level, but most are manageable. The host do a great job keeping everything neat and tidy. We’ve been here spring & fall, but never in summer. There appears to be 100 or more parking spots for boat trailers so I imagine the lake is quite busy during the summer months.
Not a bad place fish and relax. There are bathrooms and trails to get around. It can be difficult to get around, and the highway is very close, but a beautiful spot, very worth it.
Went to fish. Didn't catch, but the views are amazing. Wasn't crowded. A little bit of litter was present.
Loved everything about this state park. Traveling in a 45 foot motorcoach. Our site was level. We had a lakefront view. Pristine bathhouse . Nice boat launch . Quiet campground. Definitely will return.
