I can't say enough good things about this place and it's people! I had a bachelorette party there this weekend and everyone (especially Haze and their other wonderful girls serving) were so kind, quick, and attentive to me and my party. You can tell the staff care and the DJ played a great mix of songs. We loved the intimate atmosphere!! On top of all that, by the end of the night I ended up losing a wallet. Seth and their manager Michael were so communicative the next day and were able to find it for me. You can't go wrong with a night out at Downstairs!
The club itself is fun, but on the smaller side. We were lucky to hit it up on a slower night, but it was still pretty busy by the end. Great cocktails and shots, but a bit on the pricey end (but, that's pretty typical for Park City). If you like house music, then this is the spot.
Super fun night club with a great Dj! It’s a younger crowd but some of us older people mixed in. Bar service was quick.
After purchasing a table for $500, my friend and I waited almost an hour for the bottle we purchased to be brought. While we waited, we patronized the business by purchasing drinks at the bar. After an hour and a half, we left the table. No one had brought us the bottle we'd purchased, and we'd spent almost an equal amount at the bar. My credit card was given as a hold, and I was charged $600 for something I never purchased or received. I can understand that we did SIT at the table waiting for quite a while, and this may have been the misunderstanding. So, I called the next morning to have a reasonable conversation with management. I spoke to Michael. I have not been spoken to this way by ANY man, let alone a professional, ever. He spoke over me, did not let me speak, told me "this is what happened and I did not remember correctly." (I actually don't drink alcohol and was completely coherent.) I've tried to reach out to the owner of the business, but cannot get past Michael. I feel Downstairs unlawfully charged me for a product I did not purchase nor receive - and subsequently harassed me on the phone when I tried to kindly understand what happened. I'm extremely disappointed with the disrespect I received from Downstairs.
Good for a large group or if you just want to dance with friends. If you are a small group and not dancing probably better to go to Spur or the Cabin. Kinda sparse and only fills up at random timeswhich is why is good if you have a large group. Table and bottle service is like in any club outrageously expensive but if budget is not an issue it is interesting because you can't pour your own drink in Utah and have to ask the girls to pour you each time haha. We had a good time!
