Both waitresses we dealt with did not speak English and struggled to understand our orders or needs. We sat upstairs due to the noise level with young children, but the waitress was still coming from downstairs and rarely checked on us. The teriyaki chicken was not edible and came out cold. The sushi was good. When attempting to pay, I had to go find our waitress then wait over five minutes for her to find our bill because they couldn't find it on the computer.

My overall grade for O’Schucks is: F+ I’ll start with the positive. They were open on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Now the not so positive. Food was terrible and one dish was inedible. (Fish & Chips) What really ends up pushing this place into a very rare “F” grade is the service. The bar tender was not friendly and outright rude to my family. This is a very rare experience since we moved to Utah. Not sure if the person was just mad at having to work after Thanksgiving or if he just was having a bad bad day. Either way, I would not recommend ever give this business your attention or money.

I worked at the oshucks in downtown slc for awhile and loved the food. My family came from out of state and wanted sushi but since they have kids we tried this place. We got there at noon on 11/23/2025 we had ten people in our party and we were the only table there. 3 out of the ten dishes were hot! Our waitress never came to see if we needed refills. The inside of the downstairs were we where at eating, was so cold that the waitress was wearing a coat and gloves. My car that was outside in the cold, was warmer the the inside of this restaurant. Food tasted good but most of it wasn't hot, barely warm. I definitely wouldn't eat here again! My family from out of state that drove 16 hrs to utah,and then another hour from Clearfield to park city to eat, we're very disappointed in the service.

I cant say enough about this place! The atmosphere, the kindness in every employee that works here! The other customers that are sitting next to you. All around such a great place to come eat and have some drinks! Highly recommend this place! AAA+++
