Had a lovely dinner at the Brass Tag! The focaccia, Margherita pizza, and the Bolognese were absolutely spectacular. Mackenzie (the host), was very welcoming and our server, Haley, made sure to curate the perfect dinner for us! From the host, to manager, we felt very taken care of! An intimate scene, dim lights, soft music - the atmosphere was perfect. An ideal space for a romantic or family dinner. Highly recommend you visit!
Had a great time, but very little snow did not make for the best winter experience except for apres time nursing on a drinks made by a lovely bartender Megan Miller of Brass Tag. She made one of her signature drinks for me among many! But the “R&R sour, Pom Pom fizz, and the Cinnful old fashion” was wow!!🤯 you got to stop by and enjoy her personal favorites.
It is expensive bar food. You can get much better food, service, and environment for the same price elsewhere in Park City or Deer Valley. It's not worth visiting unless you're staying in the Lodges and value the convenience of it.
The good - the food was excellent! Some of the best in the area The ok - service was slow although I’m not sure it was our waiter’s fault. He was very nice but seemed to be covering too many large parties. The ugly - the hostess was rude and nasty right off the bat. We walked over from silver baron in the middle of a snow storm with 2 young kids on a Thursday night. She scoffed at me that we didn’t have a reservation because “they’re just doing so well every night you must have one” (note the restaurant was half empty) she then told us we could wait 30 min and then said we could have a table if we were out in an hour for her next reservation. Half way through our meal she began pacing near us to “make sure we’d be done” Her whole demeanor was very unwelcoming and unlike all of the wonderful people we have met in deer valley. When I told her we couldn’t wait 30 minutes with hungry kids her response was “this is how it work when restaurants are full” we really loved the food and would likely come back here if not for the bad taste she left in our mouth.
Our server Analese was awesome! Finally a server that was smiling and attentive from the beginning. Food was excellent. Beet salad is a must and our party of 6 ordered 4 pizzas and they were all great! Willow, the manager, checked on us twice. Again, a happy person, they was fun to talk to. She told us the crust is sour dough based and made in house fresh. Highly recommend this restaurant.
