We had an outstanding experience working with Gene Morello. He found our home before it even hit the market, which allowed us to avoid bidding wars and ultimately secure a great deal. From start to finish, he streamlined the entire process with professionalism and ease. What really stood out was his calm and collected demeanor throughout — no matter the situation, he communicated clearly, stayed proactive, and kept everything on track. Agent Gretchen Hudgens exemplifies professionalism through impeccable service and tenacious hard work. She earned our business after our first phone call led to a digital showing. As out of the area buyers, we had a short window to physically view properties. Gretchen met us with very little notice the day we flew in, prepared with a folder of organized and detailed information. Over two days she showed us numerous properties. When we narrowed to our favorites, she graciously showed them to us again. When we found “the one” she was able to take us from offer to close in 15 days—during a Global Pandemic! Her ethical approach to real estate is refreshing and she is a pleasure to be around.
I had a horrific experience with agent Justin Dock and broker Courtney Klekas. Justin lied to me, took my money, entered into a conflict of interest business arrangement with the buyer and with a contractor, threatened me, refused to return my money as promised, tried to have one of his business partner buddies wrongfully lien my home just days before close, then threaten my personal and professional reputation if I pursued recourse against him. His broker, after reviewing all the emails and texts (which the board of realtors said rose to the level of misconduct and possible fraud and that I should sue civilly) said he would get back to me, and then did absolutely nothing. I closed on 11/30/18 and neither one has fixed this. It has been the worst real estate transaction of my life and I have had lot them. Steer clear of this horrific experience. I am having to sue them to get my money they wrongfully took and this is just the tip of the story. Do not do business with these people unless you want to get screwed. It has been and continues to be a nightmare. I wish there were negative stars to give for a much needed warning/review.

I found the representatives of this company to be extremely rude and unprofessional. I expressed interest in a luxury property for rent in Ogden Valley and offered to pay the first 3 months of rent up front to show that I was serious. We had been renting another luxury house in Salt Lake when the owners decided to sell the house, giving us a very short period of time to be out of the house. Once I found out that the owner of the Ogden Valley house had accepted our offer, I sent a message to Bridget Chambers, the property manager, asking if it would be at all possible to expedite the paperwork process. I understand that this can take some time, especially with a multi-million dollar home, but if there was a way to move up the day that we could move in so that my family and I didn't have to live out of a hotel for a couple of weeks, I at least wanted to ask, not thinking this would be an issue seeing as I was writing them a $20,000.00 check. I certainly wasn't expecting the reaction I was met with. Bridget called me to tell me off. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, demanding that I stop messaging her and how dare I insinuate that she wasn't doing everything possible to get the contracts in place. I never insinuated anything of the sort but merely asked if it was possible for us to sign paperwork and be able to move in sooner. Ironically, she then made an insinuation about me, saying, "Maybe you should have been responsible with your family so that you wouldn't end up in this situation!" I thought this was completely uncalled for and, again, highly unprofessional. She then told me, "You know what? You have really turned me off. I don't think I want to let you rent this house anymore." I would expect this type of "I don't like you, so I'm going to take my ball and go home" behavior from my 4-year-old daughter, but not someone who works with company executives and luxury real estate. When I tried to inform Leigh Ann Fincher, whom I understand to be her supervisor, of the situation, the only response I received was at 11:26pm asking "Who is this". From what I have experienced, this company is not who you want to work with. I can only imagine if we had gone through with moving in and then had an emergency while working with Bridget Chambers. I am just glad that she showed her true colors before I wrote her a $20,000.00 check. If you want to dodge a bullet, do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this company as possible.
