We cannot say enough good things about Evo Build Group; from the first meeting with Scott who helped us see the potential of the house prior to purchase to the final handover when our dreams were realized--to even 2 yrs later when they are coaching us through a driveway challenge. In 7 months in 2023, they transformed the house; no change in the footprint, but new outside look and a gutted and then dramatically improved interior. Yes, at some points there were over 10 vehicles outside the house, but completing a major renovation in 7 months meant we were loved by our neighbors!
as always, evolution continues to be incredible with follow through!! several years after my project has been completed, they still check in and offer to help with any small issue. david came by to maintain the wood floors that had minor residue from initial install. professional, personal and incredible to work with. i will always recommend them!

We feel very lucky to have found Evolution Builders (via a recommendation from our architect). We did a massive renovation of our Park City home (in Old Town which presented many additional unexpected hurdles to our project due to the city's rigid, and often ambiguous, policies for what can and cannot be done). Regardless- our project manager, Deb Armstrong, and the team at Evolution worked relentlessly to ensure the best quality results and finished our project in advance of our expected timeline! We couldn't be happier with how our project went and the results!
