After using a couple of different management companies in Steamboat over the past 20 years, I can say that Grand Adventures has given us the most consistent and most personalized service we have ever had. We worry a lot less about what is happening on our property and the steady income from Tara's skillful bookings has been a boost. Tara is pleasant to work with and is a complete professional. Highly recommended.

We could not be more pleased with Tara and Grand Adventure Lodging. They have done an amazing job renting our unit. You can tell that they work hard to make the experience the best possible for our renters because we see all the 5-star reviews they leave about their experience in our unit. You can trust your vacation to Grand Adventure -- you can be sure that they will take good care of you on your vacation.

Grand Adventure (GA) was the best decision we made for our property management. We get near constant bookings all season long, with very respectful guests. GA is good about keeping an eye on the property, keeping doors, faucets, appliances working perfectly.
