The staff here is excellent. Lots of inventory to choose from.
Have never had a problem till now. I missed places my recipe but had my visa card recipes that the store does not except as I found out. I couldn't even return the items back to my visa as there system can't do that. I Called the 800 # and got a very rude customer service person that reads off a script and doesn't offer any help. I even called back hoping to get someone else. But got the same person and the same amount of rudeness. I even tryed to call corporate there is not a number that gets through. Now I'm stuck with furniture that I cant use.
I like this place for sure, it is quite small though and their selection could be better. They do keep it very clean and the staff is always really nice. I wish they had more kid stuff but I’m probably a minority there. Their prices are definitely higher than the tj maxx that’s across the parking lot.
