Marcus has been to our home many times in the last few years to repair or upgrade the aging plumbing in our home. I appreciate that when we tell Marcus what we want to do he gives us options since he knows we are not plumbing experts and he completes the work on time. I also appreciate the office support staff who keep us informed on expected arrival times so we know how to plan.
We have used Hot Rod and Yox for probably 20 years. Always easy to work with and always happy with the finished project. Left a message for them Sunday afternoon, Marcus came out Monday morning, determined we needed a new hot water heater and installed one in the afternoon. Can't ask for better service than that.
Excellent service! They were prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They replaced our water heater quickly and efficiently, and their pricing was very competitive. I couldn't be happier with the experience and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.
I am a long-time resident of Deer Valley and own a large home in the mountains. I recently had an issue with our home heating system, affecting both the driveway and our decks. After contacting several local vendors, we chose Hot Rod & Yox Plumbing, and we’re glad we did. The office staff were polite and professional, promptly scheduling both service visits. Tylor showed up on time, quickly assessed the problem, and got straight to work. He ordered only the necessary parts and resolved the issue efficiently — no unnecessary upsells or delays. As a real estate developer, I know quality work when I see it, and Tylor delivered. He was knowledgeable, honest, and thorough. The pricing was very reasonable, and the entire experience was organized and professional from start to finish. In mountain communities, it’s unfortunately common for vendors to take advantage of homeowners. It’s genuinely refreshing to find a company that operates with integrity and truly cares about its customers. Hot Rod & Yox Plumbing has earned my trust, and they will be my go-to for all heating and related needs going forward. Thank you, Tylor — I really appreciate you and your team.
Hot Rod and Yox is an outstanding local plumbing company with exceptional customer service and a highly skilled team. They approach every job with confidence, quickly diagnosing issues and providing smart, reliable solutions. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers.
