The house was super nice! Even better was the responsiveness from the host and property management. Check-out couldn't have been easier! No one wants to have a great vacation and then a giant list of to-dos before you leave. Luxury Destinations made the entire process from booking to checking in to checking out super easy!
Clean, quiet, Viking kitchen appliances-everything was first class. Jacuzzi was hot and no one else was around. Underground parking was a plus. I would stay here again anytime of the year. We wish we could have stayed longer and hated to leave.
Kai and the team are easily far more customer service oriented than you can imagine. They treat you like you're Royalty. Literally. The condo was very nice. Very posh. Everything was new and perfectly clean also decorated very nicely.. the washer and dryer worked really well and the elevator was quick. Very quiet building so sitting on the nice and new balcony furniture every morning in your p.js drinking delicious high end coffee from the nice and new keurig made it well worth the expense. Kai was 1 of the top 3 hosts I've ever had. My family and I were at one point top tier reward members for IHG and Hilton at the same time for over a decade. But Kai makes you feel better than they ever could. Thanks for having us Team Luxury See you soon
I can’t say enough great things about our experience with Luxury Destinations. Their communication was outstanding from start to finish, with quick responses and helpful details that made planning effortless. The concierge service was top-tier and added so much value to our trip, from local tips to seamless arrangements. The home was immaculately clean and extremely well cared for, which made relaxing easy. The welcome gifts were such a thoughtful touch and set the tone for an amazing stay. We absolutely loved our trip and are already looking forward to coming back.
