Mullin Real Estate team was incredible to work with - from start to finish! Their knowledge of the local market, responsive communication, and dedication were above and beyond and made the entire process great. Just great people ! We’re so grateful for their help and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

When we were considering buying a home in Park City we had the good fortune to get connected to Katy Patterson. The buying process was a great experience as she kept us informed, listened to our needs and preferences and was very professional in the process between us and the seller. We have since used Katy and Matt Mullin in the sale of our home and also the purchase of property. Again, we found their knowledge of the area was extremely helpful in selling our home quickly. All three experiences were quite stress free. Great people and easy to work with!

Matt, Katy and team were great to deal with on all aspects of selling a home. Highly professional, thorough and reassuring on the process and friendly with it. A worthy 5-star rated service.

If I could give Matt a 10 star review, I certainly would. He was very knowledgeable about all the condo buildings we looked at and the entire Park City / Deer Valley market. He was instrumental in helping us analyze the best investment decision for our needs. Once we were in contract his staff moved the transaction along diligently and offered contacts for various vendors we needed. I’m a realtor and commercial RE investor and Matt was once of the most qualified and professional individuals I’ve transacted with. Thank you and keep up the great work.

We had an excellent experience with Katy. She was knowledgeable, knew when to take the lead, and kept us in the loop. As first time homebuyers, she put us at ease! She asked the right questions and advocated and mediated where necessary. Thank you Katy!
