Offset Bier
In Park City, Utah, Offset Bier is doing big things. In a state with laws that can make it tough to be a brewer, Conor Brown, the brewery founder, is doing what he can to bring fresh flavorful beer to the people all while creating a welcoming community space. He's currently working to build out the brewery footprint, bringing in new equipment and adding more space, and at this time of year he finds the time to make frequent trips to Idaho where he loads up on fresh hops to bring back to the brewery for quick turnaround brew days. We had a really enjoyable visit here. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience feel relaxed from the moment we walked in. Everyone was happy to answer questions and made us feel right at home. Overall, I'd give it four stars. The atmosphere was great, the service was the highlight of our visit, and we had a good time. It's a nice spot to stop by, and I'd definitely return when I'm in the area.

Fantastic beer and great service, after talking about homebrewing they allowed me to talk to their head brewer and he showed us the equipment and gave us 20 minutes of his time, super nice guy with lots of experience and it shows in the beer! More oriented towards locals but that comes across as a quiet less showy vibe in an out of the way place with truly great beers of styles I hadn’t seen before.
Amazing beer at a good value. The DOPO is a stand out but they have a lot of other interesting choices too. They sometimes have a visiting food truck to supplement their own snack choices--check their social media to see more details.
Awesome beer! Recommended by the bar tender at Epic. These guys are picky about their hops and it makes for incredible brews. Sam was excellent at making recommendations and explaining the process behind each beer. If the AUS Cascade (single hop pale ale) is still there when you go, be prepared to take home a case. So GOOD! Everything we tried was so smooth, easy drinking. Their signature IPA, DOPO, won over even the non IPA fans. Food selection is limited but can’t go wrong with some tinned fish! Or bartender Sam will recommend some local options if you’re nice :) I also appreciated they sell hopwater from lagunitas - non alcoholic but tastes like a beer! Great option for non drinkers.
