I used to go to the studio years ago and it was nice for the most part, but it has gone downhill since I was last there. The club is very dirty. It looks like the treadmills need to be replaced and there is absolutely no coaching going on at all. Not one time was I corrected on some lifting that I was doing. I think their prices are ridiculous and they have horrible customer service. The class was almost empty. The few times that I went. Way different from a few years ago.
I’ve done orange theory in Virginia Beach, it was the kickstart of me working out consistently and it was great. I stopped for a year and in the time I moved near Park City. I had gone to the gym by my self for a while but I slowed down and lost the consistency. I got motivation to go back last week so I bought a 5 class pack and I’ve just finished my second class this week and it’s been great. A little different understandably from Virginia Beach location but, Zoe has been the instructor for both and creates a safe space for people to work out at their own pace. She is personable and seems to remember a lot of the reoccurring people. I’d recommend this orange theory to anyone new or experienced.
Such a fun workout the hour just flew by! Our coach Toni was the best. She kept us going the whole time and I left there drenched in sweat. Very welcoming atmosphere too! I can't wait to go back and I highly recommend!
I love OT because it provides me with an excellent workout and I don’t have to think about it. I just follow the coaches instructions and push myself as much as I can each day. I love the variety each day and the fact that anyone, regardless of fitness level, can do the workout and be successful. Each team member gets to know you by name and they welcome you in with a smile every day. The coaches are super motivating, and are very helpful if you are not doing an exercise quite right. I recommend OT to anyone who is considering it. It’s worth every penny!!
We’ve visited this OT studio a couple times and it’s great. Easy location to get to, the gym is big with lots of room, and the coaches are awesome. Do it!
