Great theater in the Park City Library. They have really good seating and the acoustics are excellent!
The best!! What a special non-profit. I saw Dune 2 here tonight and the audio was fantastic and the screen is huge. I can’t wait to go back and see another movie there!
I love seeing films at Park City Film. I appreciate the size of the theater. It reminds me of going to an art house cinema back in the '70s. The sound is excellent. The screen could be wider but the height of the stage prohibits it. The selection is always good. You have to trust Katie in her selections. Bring your own popcorn bowl for a discount and to help the environment.
Park City Film series is an excellent art house style theater experience. They curate a provocative playlist of movies relevant to life in Park City. The venue, the Jim Santy Auditorium owned by Park City, is a general multipurpose community stage that has been renovated with projection and sound equipment to meet Sundance Film Festival expectations. It's not the luxury seating of a megaplex, but the seating is comfortable and the room is a good venue for community meetings and speakers.
Nice small theater in the Park City library. There's a raffle at each showing and locally prepared goodies are on sale.
