I took in a slightly complicated ring to fix and Jared was amazing. He resized it to a little below a half size and put backing in my stone so it won’t fall out again. I was only in town for a couple days and he got it back to me in 2 days. Amazing work, will be back if I need any jewelry fixed in the future!
The owners and the entire team are TOP NOTCH. They are so helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. They are very skilled and we greatly appreciate their assistance with repairing and modifying several vintage turquoise pieces. They came highly recommended to us and we’d highly recommend them as well!
We were visiting Utah from Texas and went into Park city jewelers with our family today. We were greeted and treated with the upmost friendliest customer service you just don’t see many places any more! As A business owner ourselves we feel that it is so important to make sure and share the good experiences because so many people just share the bad. Kathi truly took the time to talk with us, educate us and our children on many of the pieces in their store. They even got to pick out a free rock/gem to take home and we’re so excited! They have some beautiful custom pieces that we fell in love with. Highly recommend giving them your business if you are in the market!
This store rivals the gems and stones at the Natural History Museum! Seriously cool place to get unique jewelry at any price range. They were friendly and helpful, kindly redirecting me to the cheaper section when I was overwhelmed by prices. Great place to look around at the very least- you won’t be disappointed!
