I took in a slightly complicated ring to fix and Jared was amazing. He resized it to a little below a half size and put backing in my stone so it won’t fall out again. I was only in town for a couple days and he got it back to me in 2 days. Amazing work, will be back if I need any jewelry fixed in the future!
The owners and the entire team are TOP NOTCH. They are so helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. They are very skilled and we greatly appreciate their assistance with repairing and modifying several vintage turquoise pieces. They came highly recommended to us and we’d highly recommend them as well!
This store rivals the gems and stones at the Natural History Museum! Seriously cool place to get unique jewelry at any price range. They were friendly and helpful, kindly redirecting me to the cheaper section when I was overwhelmed by prices. Great place to look around at the very least- you won’t be disappointed!
We were SO impressed with Mr Whipple and every one of his staff. We walked in with three children and we were all welcomed and offered a tour and a lot of amazing information. I had been searching for a crossed ski pendant that I liked for virtually years. Many Ski town Jewelry stores, Esty, eBay, you name it. I don’t know why it was so hard to find something that wasn’t a tiny charm and had some class and character. Well, search no more because I found Park City Jewelers! Even though my wife and I have been to Park City many times in the past, I first saw their diamond crossed skis on line. Knowing we wouldn’t have a trip for at least a year or more, I called them and wanted to see if they could do something custom. Not knowing a lot about jewelry and not owning a lot of jewelry, I wasn’t sure how that request would be received. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! What a fantastic shop and especially Jennifer. Since I was over a thousand miles away, Jennifer and I worked through a number of calls, but mostly multiple texts of designs and pictures. I mean a lot of texts. She went over and above to create a one-of-a-kind design for this conservative guy. Exactly what I was envisioning! The patience, ability to listen and creativity were second to none. Talk about a store that makes the customer feel special. The next time we are in Park City, Park City Jewelers will be one of our stops for sure. It should be yours too.
