I feel really disappointed and hurt . I bought gold bow tie earrings that they have in store and I really liked them, I work down the street and everyone was asking me where I got them. I was referring a lot of people and I went back to buy silver ones because I really liked them. I was still wearing the gold ones and they literally just broke, the bow got separated from the hook. I went back wanting to purchase another ones and I was curious if the same thing is going to happen again or it was just my fault . I went in with the broken piece and they were like you don’t have a receipt and we can’t do anything about it. I still had new silver ones that I just got that were still sealed thinking they will do something about it since I have been supporting a local business, only to find out that the brand new piece had broke too the same way that the other one broke. The manager saw that and literally told me that there is nothing she can do despite all the money I spend on the brand new set that I didn’t even use and the old set that just broke whilst I was wearing them . I am extremely disappointed‼️
We arrived five minutes before closing (7/7/25), hoping to quickly browse with a friend visiting from out of town. However, as soon as we stepped inside, we were immediately told the store was closing and were essentially turned away without the chance to shop. We’re fast shoppers and likely would have purchased a cute sweater we spotted near the entrance, but instead, we left feeling unwelcome. I often bring friends to this store, but this experience left a bad impression, and I probably won’t return. There are plenty of other boutiques with just as many great items—and friendlier service. The store has some really cute pieces, and with better customer service, it could have easily earned five star
Recently ago, I ordered a dress and it came quickly and exactly what I expected. I really loved the style and fabric. However, the small was too big and I wanted an xs but it was not available so I needed to return it. The return was easy and I was refunded all but the shipping cost to send back. This is such a nice boutique that I can shop at online from Florida!
I love this place! Such a cute store! I live in Illinois but I go there every time I’m in Park City. I bought a great necklace from them that I really loved and wore all the time. Unfortunately, I lost it and was so bummed. I called the store and Renee was so helpful. They didn’t have any more of the necklaces in the store but she went above and beyond and ordered one from the artist (it’s handmade) and had it directly mailed to me. I’m so happy with it and so thankful to Renee for her help. Definitely check out this great boutique when you’re in Park City!
I visited park city at the beginning of December and bought an S necklace from them. I was discounted because when I got back home (on the east coast) a link in the necklace had broke. I emailed the manager and she was SO SWEET and understanding. She immediately sent me a replacement. If you’re in the area, you should def stop by! Thanks again
