Stio is fantastic! Their clothes are 10/10 and holy cow their customer service is wonderful. I ordered some things online that I had to return and the people at the Park City store were possibly the nicest people ever. They were super understanding and gave me tons of helpful information. I wandered around a bit and overheard them talking with other customers and they were so eager to help people--with their shopping but also just with general outdoor Utah questions. My only issue is that their clothes seem to run a bit big and I would REALLY appreciate if they sold items in 00 or xxs. I want to buy more things! They just don't fit. if they could change that, MY life would be changed. Amazing store and products. I hope they continue to grow!

Above and beyond customer service by Molly Mae who was assisted by Aaron, store manager. Helped us find a complete kit for a gift we needed expedited. We got all of the items in time due to her attention to every detail. Highly recommend for anyone looking for the nicest gear on the mountain.

I had a great experience at this location. Aaron took great care of me. Even though it’s a little bit in between seasons right now I found something that I loved. Looking forward to the weather getting a little cooler now so I can wear it!

The products are AMAZING, but I think it makes more sense to review the store here and the products on their website. The staff is always great, especially Aaron. This guy remembered my sizes... From 6 months ago. Brought down similar options and talked me through the features of each product. He was also honest about the products he didn't recommend.
