Mila at the clothing boutique in Park City provided me with an outstanding experience. I usually prefer very simple dresses and was initially out of my comfort zone, but Mila took the time to understand what I needed. She helped me choose an outfit I never would have picked on my own, but I absolutely love it—I received so many compliments at my special occasion. Also, the boutique's bags are so stylish; I get compliments on them everywhere I go. Thank you, Mila, for your amazing service!
Romy Boutique is a fantastic addition to Park City’s shopping scene. Jacqui and Mila are so good at picking out the most flattering and unique pieces. And terrific customer service. I’ve visited the store several times and always walk out with a few wardrobe staples. So glad to have found Romy!
My experience with Romy Park City has unfortunately been nothing but disappointing. It seems to be a complete lack of costumer service, at least online. I was promised a response within one business day. This was over a week ago. I wrote them several new messages and e-mails, even on Instagram, but no reply. My request was simply a price reduction on a blouse they are selling full priced which was on sale last year on several other sites. I will not be coming back to this store.
Loved this store! A lot of unique, but classy and sophisticated, finds. Lots of European and Australian brands I was not familiar with but really liked. And, the owner was so friendly and helpful in finding things that fit my body type and my style tastes. I will definitely be back.
