I finished my shift and accidentally left my keys inside my truck, so I called them. They arrived in less than 15 minutes; the technician explained the process, showed me the work, and handled it quickly and professionally. They are very friendly and charge fair prices. They are people you can highly recommend with confidence; no crazy prices or shoddy workmanship—everything is done fairly and professionally.
My little sister had lost her key to her moped, and I searched all over the Internet to try and find a replacement. I ended up going to Park city lock and key where Eric was super friendly and helped me to make a new one within 15 minutes. I highly recommend their services!
I mostly enjoy their services, but my locksmith missed his appointment due to getting an on-the-job DUI police chase, which wasn’t very cool at all. He didn’t call and cancel ahead of time either… But to be honest other than that small hiccup, I sincerely recommend to anyone in need of lock services locally
I cannot speak highly enough about Park City Lock and Key! I brought in an old key fob to have cut and programmed as a spare for my truck. I wasn’t sure if it would be able to connect with the vehicle. After trying a couple of times they couldn’t get the vehicle to accept the new key. They never gave up! Another employee came with a different programmer and, Bam! We are up and running! They have a new forever Customer!
Jason was friendly and fast. It took a minute to get our keys cut and we were on our way.
