Great location. Close to everything but just on the edge of town so not crowded or impacted by traffic. We stayed in the winter, but it looks like it would be great in the summer. Private river access. Facilities are nice, not great but definitely clean and usable. Seems like a good crowd of long term residents.

We had a wonderful stay at this campground in Park City! The facilities were clean, the location was great, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. What really stood out, though, was the kindness of the owners. Not only did they give us excellent recommendations for bike trails in Park City, but they also went out of their way to share great trail suggestions in Fruita, Colorado, where we were heading next. Highly recommend this campground to anyone visiting the area—thank you for such warm hospitality!

The park has easy access off the freeway. The park is well maintained and has groomed sites. The pool and spa is clean and overlooks the hills, river and valley. You can take a walk from the park down to the river and picnic tables or take a hike on trails. You can hear the freeway traffic during the day. At use a sound machine to sleep.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Very well maintained RV park! Each RV spot had enough space and several had a spot of grass with a picnic table. The view of the mountains is wonderful. The laundry facilities were nice (3 washers and 4 dryers). Easy access to historic Park City and the ski resorts. The only drawback, to me, was the freeway noise.

Reading some of the previous reviews, we almost passed on staying here. Man, what a mistake that would have been! This place is fantastic! There is obviously a great deal of attention to the facilities and maintaining the sites. The staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful, even with an adjustment to a reservation just before arrival. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience here and can’t wait to get back! Cons: Yes you are off the interstate and it can be loud. But it wasn’t so obtrusive to ruin our time and made it super easy in/out going to town. The booking policy that only allows certain rigs in certain spots is frustrating. I’m guessing the point is to keep the Class As together in the high rent district but when you’re already limiting trailer type and age, I don’t see how this is a big deal. Pros: Nice big concrete pads and landscaping (upper sites specifically) You are so close to PC and everything to do there. Olympic Park is a must see! Nice, well equipped gym, pool and hot tub Laundry was nice and reasonably priced, with the ability to pay with an app. Parks underestimate what a convenience this is Staff was nice, friendly and accommodating. Dog run was super nice and maintained well I was told they will be doing some renovating this winter so I’m guessing things will only get better from here, which is already great.
