Excellent location. Beautiful river running at the base of the RV Park. Nice area for dogs. There was even a deer at dusk. Jill met us upon arrival to confirm everything was okay. The hottub was available, but we didn't use it. We would definitely stay again

We had a wonderful stay at this campground in Park City! The facilities were clean, the location was great, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. What really stood out, though, was the kindness of the owners. Not only did they give us excellent recommendations for bike trails in Park City, but they also went out of their way to share great trail suggestions in Fruita, Colorado, where we were heading next. Highly recommend this campground to anyone visiting the area—thank you for such warm hospitality!

While checking in we asked if there was a choice in campsites. We were met with a firm NO. This is a campgrounds next to Interstate 80 sandwiched between a Ford dealership on one side and an industrial park on the other. You can hear the road noises all day long. There are no trees or walls to attenuate the sound from I-80. The rates were premium...I recall $100 per day. We had a concrete slab, picnic table and a small patch of grass on our full hookup site. The common area facilities compared to a KOA. One member of the staff could use some customer service training. The manager seems like a nice fellow. If you want a close location to Park City and need full hookups this place is ok. We camped around the area at Jordanelle and Wasatch State Parks which had electric and water and a dump station. They were more picturesque and about $45 dollars a day. There was no swimming pool and laundry but the beauty was astounding. This is not to diss the Park City RV resort. It is what it is. Like many of the private campgrounds around the country they have been gobbled up by a corporate entity that makes a few changes and jacks the rates up. As a comparison, during the time we stayed at this resort condo rentals for 2/ 3 bedroom units were about $150 per night in the area.

We had a pleasant stay at the park. Booking was easy, checking in was nice and smooth too. The lady at the front desk was very nice! Spots are all concrete and spacious. We were able to use the pool and hot tub for the weekend. Very nice and well maintained park. Our spot was back in but was easily accessible with our 45' rig. Close to many trails and activities in the mountains and only about 5 minutes from groceries/restaurants. Would stay here again!

Reading some of the previous reviews, we almost passed on staying here. Man, what a mistake that would have been! This place is fantastic! There is obviously a great deal of attention to the facilities and maintaining the sites. The staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful, even with an adjustment to a reservation just before arrival. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience here and can’t wait to get back! Cons: Yes you are off the interstate and it can be loud. But it wasn’t so obtrusive to ruin our time and made it super easy in/out going to town. The booking policy that only allows certain rigs in certain spots is frustrating. I’m guessing the point is to keep the Class As together in the high rent district but when you’re already limiting trailer type and age, I don’t see how this is a big deal. Pros: Nice big concrete pads and landscaping (upper sites specifically) You are so close to PC and everything to do there. Olympic Park is a must see! Nice, well equipped gym, pool and hot tub Laundry was nice and reasonably priced, with the ability to pay with an app. Parks underestimate what a convenience this is Staff was nice, friendly and accommodating. Dog run was super nice and maintained well I was told they will be doing some renovating this winter so I’m guessing things will only get better from here, which is already great.
