We recognized that a majority of the camp experiences across America had not been updated since the Roads Act road trip boom of the 1950's. We have an optimism for a better way to do this outdoor thing. So here we are, on a mission to retrofit campgrounds for the 21st century—fast Wi-Fi, easy booking, and new facilities—all within a stones throw of pristine natural beauty. It's a place to unplug where you can still plug in. So when you finish exploring all day, you can return to a reliable basecamp for a good night's sleep. See Available Sites

Our Experience was tainted by the fact that my daughter and I reserved adjoining RV sites eight months in advance and in a mgmnt chance, they moved one reserved site across the park from the other! Other negatives are that there is Absolutely Zero shade at the pool and avail seating is taken up quickly, so bringing a shade device and folding chairs is recommended. The bathrooms are only lightly cleaned, floors are filthy. We never used other amenities like the rope walkway course thru the trees, they do charge some significant fees for those, tho. Overall, a nice, but crowded, park with streams running thru it.

I want to give a lower review but I know the potential.. i have been camping here since before they had all the fancy stuff and was my favorite place to go in the past. I have a kid now and the extras are nice I guess but my favorite part about camping is picking my perfect spot. It’s gone from picking a spot to charging to pick a spot now you can’t choose your spot at all. That alone I will not come back until I can. Though I will continue to check.. I come here every year though probably not this year.

EDIT: I reached out to there support email over a week ago and have not received a reply. REVIEW: This park has great facilities (pool, kids play areas, fire pits) and it’s in a beautiful location, however we were very disappointed to find our cabin dirty upon arrival. We booked the standard cabin and didn’t expect it to not be the most luxurious compared to their premium cabin, but we did expect it to be clean. There was animal hair on every surface, dirt and crumbs on the floor, cobwebs and dead insects in every corner, and even a piece of broken glass on the bathroom floor. The listing was also incorrect - it does not have a dishwasher. We were also disappointed to find the additional beds were air mattresses on the floor of the loft (which is only suitable for children as it only has 4ft ceilings). There are no photos of this cabin on their website or on hipcamp. And now, sadly, we have learnt our lesson. It’s a shame that this cabin has been seemingly forgotten by staff. So much so that it took two staff members to track down the access code for the front door. It was a disappointing end to our family holiday. I hope management takes the time to deep clean and restore the cabin because it does have potential for those that want simple amenities.

We spent the weekend at this RV resort with my mother. Overall, the place is pleasant and well maintained in terms of layout and organization, and the staff provides bathroom facilities for guests who do not want to use their RV bathrooms. However, those shared bathrooms were very dirty and had a strong unpleasant smell, likely due to heavy use by people also using the pool area. The resort has two pools and two hot tubs, but during our stay only one of each was operational—and they were extremely overcrowded. The pool water looked very dirty, which made it difficult to enjoy. The hot tub was even more concerning, as there appeared to be a strange substance in the water that looked like mold or buildup floating around. It was very unhygienic and honestly off-putting, so we did not feel comfortable using it at all. We were there last week, and it really felt like the facilities were not being properly maintained or monitored, especially given how many people were using them. Aside from these issues, the rest of the resort is generally enjoyable, especially the kids’ park area, which is a nice feature for families. With better maintenance and cleanliness, this place could be significantly better.

Our family had an incredible stay at this RV resort in Utah! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The grounds were spotless, well-maintained, and surrounded by absolutely breathtaking scenery. Waking up each morning to the mountain views and peaceful atmosphere was something we’ll never forget. The resort was perfect for families. The kids loved the amenities and had plenty of space to play safely, while the adults were able to relax and truly enjoy the quiet beauty of Utah. The RV sites were spacious, level, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the best parts was the location — close to amazing outdoor adventures, hiking, and sightseeing, yet still peaceful enough to unwind after a busy day. Every evening felt cozy and memorable, whether we were sitting outside by the fire or simply enjoying the stars at night. This was easily one of our favorite family trips, and this RV resort played a huge part in that experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, family-friendly, and scenic getaway in Utah!
