It’s giving Matilda’s Dad, Lipstick on a pig. Might come back if they change property management & miss honey takes over. Don’t get me wrong the staff was so kind, but the most disappointing thing overall, is all of the responses from the resort on poor reviews from Months ago saying they will do better. They haven’t changed much at all, in fact they seem not to care about anything other than your money. Which leads me to the following review… Great activities for the kids, the camp spots were great, staff was kind and friendly, but this was a big swing and a miss. The Grounds: The pools were disgustingly overcrowded, there wasn’t a single fish in the “stocked” pond they charge you for (Let’s not lie about it please, do it or don’t, but don’t take money for something you’re not going to follow through on. if you’re not going to keep it stocked or restock it then don’t charge money). We were there for 4 days fishing the whole time and not one person pulled a fish from the pond. A positive was the kids obstacle play area, trampoline, pickle ball courts (if you could get in), and the movie night. The Accommodations: Don’t let the aesthetically pleasing pictures fool you. The Deluxe Cabin that looks more like a Hotel room (and certainly cost more than some) from the photos is actually still very much a cabin. Earwigs crawling out of baseboards that are falling off and moths in the bed. This was to be expected as it is still camping, however most things fell short for the price paid. This was NOT a Full Kitchen. Tiny refrigerator, two burner hotplate, no dishwasher. 4 people for 3 nights, not a single extra trash bag, 2 rolls of toilet paper, a coffee pod holder with no coffee pods, 2 broken coffee pots, no remote to work the tv, and the fridge is mini, smaller than most campers, with a freezer inside it that fits no more than a steak or two. It did come with plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans, and a puzzle, and one roll of paper towels. Itchiest sheets ever, I put shirts over our pillows. The Cost: A few days after we booked they came out with a discount code for 20% off. We called and asked that it be applied to our reservation, we were told by multiple people this was against their policy and we would have to cancel for a $60 loss and rebook to get the 20% off. This was silliness considering we were paying $1,000 for this “higher end” resort. So we did, it took us 30+ minutes of our time for them to get $60 more dollars out of us. This set the tone for the whole trip, that they (the management, not the staff) really are not here to help or provide a wonderful family experience, they are just here to give you the minimum and take the maximum.

Our Experience was tainted by the fact that my daughter and I reserved adjoining RV sites eight months in advance and in a mgmnt chance, they moved one reserved site across the park from the other! Other negatives are that there is Absolutely Zero shade at the pool and avail seating is taken up quickly, so bringing a shade device and folding chairs is recommended. The bathrooms are only lightly cleaned, floors are filthy. We never used other amenities like the rope walkway course thru the trees, they do charge some significant fees for those, tho. Overall, a nice, but crowded, park with streams running thru it.

I want to give a lower review but I know the potential.. i have been camping here since before they had all the fancy stuff and was my favorite place to go in the past. I have a kid now and the extras are nice I guess but my favorite part about camping is picking my perfect spot. It’s gone from picking a spot to charging to pick a spot now you can’t choose your spot at all. That alone I will not come back until I can. Though I will continue to check.. I come here every year though probably not this year.

Myself and Anthony stayed for one night on a roadtrip to Wyoming in our RV. We absolutely loved our campsite, it was clean and quiet. Perfect for our pups. We loved all of the water running through the property. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great to have a lot of access to dog waste stations for bags and disposal as well as easy access for our personal trash. Definitely will be back!

Our family had an incredible stay at this RV resort in Utah! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The grounds were spotless, well-maintained, and surrounded by absolutely breathtaking scenery. Waking up each morning to the mountain views and peaceful atmosphere was something we’ll never forget. The resort was perfect for families. The kids loved the amenities and had plenty of space to play safely, while the adults were able to relax and truly enjoy the quiet beauty of Utah. The RV sites were spacious, level, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the best parts was the location — close to amazing outdoor adventures, hiking, and sightseeing, yet still peaceful enough to unwind after a busy day. Every evening felt cozy and memorable, whether we were sitting outside by the fire or simply enjoying the stars at night. This was easily one of our favorite family trips, and this RV resort played a huge part in that experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, family-friendly, and scenic getaway in Utah!
