Mark was assigned to our property to do some work as a general contractor. We needed a ceiling patched and painted in the kitchen from a leak on the floor up above. Should have been a fairly quick repair. However it wasn’t. Let me start by saying I am the property manager of a short term rental and I was the point of contact for the job. He no call, no showed me right off the bat (on a Friday) and didn’t reach out to me until Monday. Bit my head off for asking basic questions and would respond with “I don’t have to do the job”. He did this to me more than once. Not professional at all. Because the HVAC company who warrantied the work sent him as the GC to do the job we felt our hands were tied and we just had to deal with him. Mark had terrible customer service skills. His demeanor and phone conversations were like I was walking on egg shells with him all the time.Quite rude and passive aggressive. His team did a good job on the repair but having to deal with him as a person was rough. Do not recommend.
He is unreliable and dishonest. He was supposed to give me a quote on a job but did not show up, and then lied about it.
I had Mark do some remodeling on my kitchen and he did a great job! Will hire him again when it's done ti ad on another bedroom.
