Don’t get business cards printed here. The order wasn’t ready and I had to wait a half hour. The cardstock was extremely thin and poor quality. They were cut crooked and the ink looked faded.
Called and whoever answered the phone was incredible rude. I asked a question and without saying "let me find out" or "can I place you on hold" I got thrown on hold with no warning only for the very unenthusiastic man telling me the response to my question then quickly hung up on me. Terrible customer service in our brief interaction. Enough to not want to give them my business. After calling 2 other printers in the area it was a vastly different experience when asking questions. Recommend not having that man answer the phones moving forward.
This place literally saved my life!!!! I had forget my child’s soccer rooster for her tournament and we leave over an hour away. The team would Have to forfeit the game but this print shop was 10 min away. I got in and the owner was SO kind and so helpful and get me in and out with quality prints!!! Thank you for being such a kind human. I will forever be grateful and if ever need anything printed here I will be back!!!
Brad was so helpful in making sure my job got done quickly and correctly. He went so far as to leave the job out his door because I couldn't make it there before closing to pick it up. He wrapped it in plastic and I picked it up without issue. He also folded my flyers even though that wasn't part of the order. This place is great!
