Isaiah Roberts was an outstanding driver! He was professional, friendly, and made the entire ride feel effortless. He was right on time, drove safely, and kept everything smooth from start to finish. Honestly, the ride was so comfortable I almost forgot I was traveling. Isaiah has a great personality and made the trip enjoyable without ever being overbearing. If every driver were like him, getting to the airport would actually be something to look forward to. Thanks for the excellent service, Isaiah—I hope ProTrans knows they've got a great one on their team!
I was quoted $198 for an airport ride—simple, straightforward. Then, because I called just 30 minutes before their stated 5:00 AM start time, they suddenly tacked on an extra $100. That’s not a policy—that’s a bait-and-switch. What made this even worse was the manager’s attitude. When I called to question it, his response was essentially, “I don’t care—book somewhere else.” No attempt to resolve it, no accountability, just flat-out indifference. That told me everything I needed to know about ProTrans. If a company is willing to quote one price and then casually change it at the last minute—and back it up with that kind of customer service—you can’t trust them. Period. I will absolutely be booking elsewhere, and I strongly recommend others do the same. Oh, and for what it’s worth, the park police officer you called and I had a great discussion about your “pricing policy”— seems this is a trend for guys reading through some of your reviews. You guys got a bright future keep it going!!! PLEASE NOTE: To all readers: their version of events is exaggerated and inaccurate. I sent two emails and made two calls — not “multiple” or “threatening.” The pickup was 4:45 and I even offered to move it closer to 5:00am to align with your stated hours. You still refused. This entire dispute was over roughly 15 minutes. What is far more concerning is that your team chose to call me a terrorist — a comment that was quickly removed once I raised the issue of legal action. That alone speaks volumes about your judgment and professionalism. As for calling the police, lol, what are they gonna arrest me for complaining about your rates from Louisiana ??? Bolton line …. it was unnecessary and only reinforces the pattern here: exaggeration, poor judgment, and an inability to handle a simple customer concern appropriately. What this really comes down to is ego-driven nonsense and misplaced bravado — the kind where staff posture in front of a customer instead of simply resolving the issue. If you would’ve heard the concern and reacted differently … I would’ve over- tipped the driver like I did before and I would’ve left you a nice five star review… think about that next time when you feel you MUST challenge a customer over such an easy fix. I’m done engaging. I wish I could give a - 5 stars. Consider this the final correction to your fiction.
We’ve now used ProTrans two years in a row for our trips to Park City, and they continue to exceed expectations. They are incredibly reliable, courteous, and pleasant to work with from start to finish. This year, our travel plans changed last minute and we had to arrive a day early. They were extremely flexible and accommodating. I also managed to give them the wrong flight number (more than once!), and they were patient, understanding, and handled everything professionally without making it stressful. Knowing we can count on them makes travel so much easier. We will absolutely continue to use ProTrans for future trips and highly recommend them to anyone traveling to Park City.
We have been using ProTrans for the last 10 years to shuttle us between SLC and Deer Valley and have never had an issue. The vans/SUVs are always perfectly clean and the drivers are safe, timely, and personable.
Rude and dishonest. My wife reserved a shuttle from SLC to Deer Valley and someone from another shuttle company got access to her cell phone number and flight information from ProTrans and "stole the fare". When I tried to get ProTrans to reverse the charge on our Amex Card the representative refused to acknowledge their negligence in maintaining the security of my wife's information. He then canceled her return reservation and rudely hung up. Add: Accountability is what the owner refuses to acknowledge in his unprofessional reply because they can't keep passenger information protected making it easy for scammers to hack their system and steal their customers. Perhaps you can explain how the ride stealer got both my wife's phone number and flight information so someone else could text her to take her to her destination when your had the reservation. Need to do a much better job of protecting your customers from scammers.
