I found them positive to work with a difficult situation. We never received confirmation of our ride somehow it was lost. We booked another means of transportation. They helped us resolve the situation in a positive manner for all parties.

*Updated again* "Aggressive, Dangerous, and Unhinged: This 'Private' Driver is a Public Hazard" If I could give zero stars, I would. This "private transportation company," run by one clearly unstable individual, is an absolute disgrace and a danger to everyone on the road. Forget calling to complain—unless you want to enter a screaming match with a guy who apparently thinks the highway is his personal racetrack. I was on my normal morning commute through Parley's Canyon (a 65mph zone, mind you), minding my own business in the faster lane (going 75-80mph), when this company's vehicle came barreling up behind me. He wasn't just following; he was aggressively tailgating at high speed, riding my bumper so close I could see the grime on his license plate. It was textbook reckless driving. When traffic ahead inevitably required me to tap my brakes and slow down slightly—something completely out of my control—this driver completely lost it. He went into a state of road-rage lunacy, screaming and throwing obscene hand gestures at me, all while incessantly flashing his high beams a million times as if I were personally responsible for the collective deceleration of every car in the canyon. The second a tiny gap opened, he executed a dangerous, aggressive swerve-and-cut-off maneuver, narrowly missing my car, only to speed up and immediately start the exact same dangerous tailgating routine with the next poor, unsuspecting driver ahead of me. This isn't a transportation service; it's a mobile road hazard with a self-employed sign on the door. This incredibly aggressive behavior puts every commuter at risk. A person this unhinged and disrespectful of basic traffic laws should not be operating a vehicle, let alone running a private company that interacts with the public roads. AVOID at all costs. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. This event transpired on Monday 12/15/25 around 7:30am or so, but let’s be clear. I wasn't a passenger in your vehicle, I was the driver you were endangering in Parley’s Canyon. You don't need a 'database' to find me—you just need to remember the person you were tailgating, screaming at, and flashing your high beams at because of traffic you couldn't pass. I’ve noticed your pattern of replying to every 1-star review by claiming 'we have no record of this person' or 'you have the wrong company' or 'you must be a bot or a competitor company' to try and discredit valid complaints. It’s a tired tactic. I have the right company, the right vehicle, and the right man. There is nothing to 'resolve' through a private phone call where you can continue your aggressive behavior. The purpose of this review is to warn the public and potential clients about how you operate your vehicle and your lack of professional temperament. If you want to 'resolve' the issue, the solution is simple. Drive safely and stop harassing people on the highway. You have also disabled comments and made it so i cannot reply so i am editing my original post. I will be making my reports to the state. I'm not playing your stupid games and the state has been notified

6:30 am. Walking across the crosswalk. This guy didn't like that the light was changing and buzzed me with his suburban. Drove 10 feet forward and parked to let out his guests. Dangerous and crazy rude. He had 4 lanes and was the only vehicle in site. Wait 2 seconds for pedestrians! Even if I had been in the wrong, it's an airport. Watch for pedestrians first! I called him and he was still an awful jerk.

Great experience, Steve was punctual and familiar with the way (that's what you get with 15 years of experience!). Safe and enjoyable trip. Car is well equipped for snowy weather, plus Steve was so humorous!
