During the stay, we had 2 safety issues with the house. Upon arrival, Septic tank sensor was buzzing, I notified the property owner and they sent plumber next day. You dont wanna see anyone during your stay, right?! We had 1 visitor that day. Second problem is, pool was dirty with bugs and looking not well when we arrived. Anyways, we had to use it, you rent this property because of the pool, right?! But our kid got Salmonella bacteria from that filthy water. How do I know pool was filthy? Well, in the 3rd day, we saw pool guy came into property without any notice (2nd annoying inconvenience) and he said that he needed to add chlorine (pool was really missing hygiene) He added 3 gallons of chlorine to the pool. So, inspections before our arrival was NOT performed well and that caused us 2 inconvenience during our stay and health problem for our kid! Terrible service :( This property owner is not safe to rent his house!

We booked with Renter's Club for our business trip to Austin, TX, April 2025. The experience was excellent! They had great communication, a very clean condo, and even found something I left behind and coordinated an easy ship back to me. The kitchen had all the necessities we needed (like coffee!) and the bathroom amenities were marvelous in my hair. I highly recommend Renter's Club!!

GREAT management and communication!!! We had gone with a different company prior to Renters Club and the other company was a nightmare. Renters Club was a 180: Kevin (I believe he’s the manager) has great follow through and is very professional. All of the staff are excellent too. Maintenance is prompt. The cleaners are amazing, shout out to them as well. DEFINITELY recommend this company if you are thinking of doing a short term rental for your home….. and also for those wanting to rent something short term around Austin.

My group recently stayed at Picturesque Point in Austin. Although we had a good stay overall, I was a bit disappointed with the house, service and communication with Renters Club. The property is still advertised as sleeping 16, but there are only enough actual beds for 13. The majority of the air mattresses did not stay inflated, and we had to spend time during our last day communicating with Renters Club in order to get a functioning air mattress for our last night. The house was not in the condition I would expect a luxury property to be in. The stereo system did not work, the plumbing had problems, the toilets were not secure to the walls, the dishwasher smelled, and a majority of fixtures (in the bathrooms especially) seemed to be broken. The kitchen and bathrooms could also use deep cleanings. When I did communicate with the Renters Club, I felt like I was a nuisance to the staff. When the air mattress was delivered, the staff member entered the house without knocking, did not talk to anyone about why she was there and also brought a dog inside the house. It seemed very unprofessional. We all enjoyed the views of the property and the pool area, but the new furniture cushions were not even set up and still in their plastic packaging. We loved getting to explore Austin and all want to visit again, but we will probably not use Renters Club on future trips. 6/4/18 - Thank you for your response to my review. I did email this exact same information to you immediately after our stay and but never heard back. I'd love to receive an email response back and discuss appropriate compensation.

Beautiful house!! Loved our stay. Beautifully and comfortably furnished. Top of the line appliances. Great location. Perfect set up as my elderly in-laws had a room on the ground floor, hence no need to use any stairs. Pool came in handy on those really hot days. Had minimal interaction with Renters Club other than the booking/payment and check in/out. Each time was easy and very professional. Had a question once in the beginning of our stay and was quickly addressed. Thank you Renters Club for a wonderful experience during our son's graduation weekend!! It truly enhanced our special occasion.
