Cool hike
Awesome bike trails, great for beginners and kids. Will come back!
Park here to access, thru an under road tunnel, the dog park across the road or the biking/hiking trails on the same side. There's also parking on the other side for the Run A Muk hiking only dog park. The main RTS loop is 2 mi long and can be ridden either direction. It's easy for beginners with one short advanced beginner rocky section. You can access the intermediate level BYOB bike downhill flow trail from the southwest corner of the RTS loop. It's 6/10 of a mile long. Careful the first time down on this one. There's one rocky slab section with a couple line options, one of which is advanced. There's a second intermediate level 8/10 mile long flow trail called OMH, that's accessed off the RTS loop. Follow The BLT trail, at the southwest corner of the RTS loop about 3/10 mile to OMH. These flow trails are fun. Ride them both. If you have two vehicles you can figure out how to do a shuttle and not have to ride RTS loops. If you're a more advanced rider and want to access the Park City trails you can do that also from this trailhead. Get on the BLT Trail and ride it over to near the Utah Olympic Park visitor center. Ride heading west on pavement about 3/10 of a mile to the Moose Puddle trail you'll see on the right side of the road. Moose puddle is a 3-mile, fairly gentle climb. From the top take the 1 mi long Olympic Trail to Rob's Trail junction and from there you enter mountain bike heaven and can access the 500+ miles of Park City trails. Have fun!
