This Pilates studio is exceptional. I have been to two classes so far. The first by Maxine and the second by Kyle. Both are extremely knowledgeable and very fun. Greatly appreciate the studio, the hands-on assistance and demonstration for some of the more complicated exercises. Highly recommend!

Salt is an amazing studio! I’m Impressed with all the instructors! All of them are knowledgeable, welcoming and understands the movements of the each exercise. They all are so well trained and hands on. I’m really impressed! All classes and the exercise is geared towards your level and injuries are all accommodated. The more I do the classes, more I LOVE! I’m thrilled I joined Salt.

BETTER THAN SEDONA!! Recently diagnosed with an Autoimmune Disorder I’ve done a LOT of research on holistic healing therapies including Halotherapy. Today I did the Pilates Reformer class (with salt towers in the room) and then an Eastern Lymphatic Drainage Massage with Stephanie. THE MASSAGE: WOW. The room... surrounded by salt walls, a fireplace, salt tower and halotherapy (a dry salt aerosol is pumped into the room recreating the microclimate of a salt cave) GREAT for respiratory issues, skin conditions and much more. Before my service I was given the FLUFFIEST, SNUGGLIEST ROBE. I would’ve worn it home if they let me. They also had a super relaxing waiting room with gem/crystal infused water (I would go into the importance of gems/crystals and their healing energies but I’m trying to keep this short so the fact that it’s provided...INCREDIBLE detail!) STEPHANIE my therapist was great! Super knowledgeable with great techniques. The lime essential oil she used smelled SO GOOD!! DENISE at the front is pretty spectacular. She was so beyond helpful and when my yoga class this morning didn’t work out she popped me into the Pilates reformer class (my first time!) The instructor (another Stephanie) was super knowledgeable and led a super impactful class. WOW my legs/glutes were on FIRE!! I’m doing salt yoga tomorrow where the class is in a salt room (same beautiful salt walls as well as an entire BEACH of Himalayan Sea Salt!) I am SO BEYOND impressed with this establishment. It’s what I would expect to find in Sedona but it simply does not exist out there (at least this caliber of service). THANK YOU again Denise for helping me set up all of my services for my vacation! (My family enjoyed the mountain, I wanted to relax and unwind. Mission accomplished.
